<div class="quote_poster">Quoting PlaTsanity:</div><div class="quote_post">i dont get it didnt the magics have to wait till the summer to re-sign battie? why now?</div> Why would that be the case? A lot of teams give mid-season contract extensions
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting PlaTsanity:</div><div class="quote_post">i dont get it didnt the magics have to wait till the summer to re-sign battie? why now?</div> no. teams can resign players in the middle of the season, not like nba live. lol.
i like it now we can focus on our front court for our future draft pick and also future future free agent spree.... good desicion and great back up man and/or whole to fill on the team
This is great but it's only a matter of time before me move Darko into the starting lineup and have Battie coming off the bench. I think this is good since I never really thought of Tony as a starter in the first place and our Dwight/Darko frontcourt is our future right now.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Drake Remoray:</div><div class="quote_post">lol, I thought it meant resigned as in retired.</div> LOL re-signed, not resigned hahaha, you're right
Anyone know how long or how much this contract extension is? Battie shouldn't be worth any more than $3 million a year.
