    dont really agree with this or understand it. i doubt von will get much PT and i think playing in the d-league would work best for him. there, he gets more PT and can get more competition. i dont see any reason why he would get any time on the court unless we're trying to tank, which wouldnt make sense at all since we're in the playoff hunt.

    They have to bring him in to prepare for the playoffs just incase someone gets injured. He'll learn a lot more in the Laker practices and watching from the bench, than chucking up shots in the D-League.

    Having another live body around in practice never hurts. I think it might also mean McKie isn't ready to come back yet.
