A poster is reporting it at RealGM, I'm looking for official conformation. Here's the thread. If this is true, this could be Kwame's shot to blossom at C. http://www.realgm.com/boards/viewtopic.php?t=495316
I think his health is going to be linked with the way Kwame performs. If Kwame continues to play well, the Lakers won't rush Mihm back. However, if the Lakers' playoff chances are in jeopardy, I expect Mihm to miraculously heal.
if mihm is out, that would be a huge blow in the season and the playoffs considering we make them. mihm has developed to a decent center, and without him, we're really weak up front. i think this could be a blessing in disguise, and kwame will step up and be huge for us. but if not, then we are left with bynum as backup center?? i dont know about you, but i cant rely on him come playoffs. damn, i just realized. the lakers arent getting any breaks health wise. first slava is out for season, then profit, and now maybe mihm. i guess its safe to say mckie is out for the season too.
HAHAH SLAVA? He's pathetic, we didn't need him. I understand what you're saying though. Profit was playing great ball for us, Kobe really missed him taking some minutes so Kobe could get a breather.
Dude, I liked Slava, he was a good shooter. I'm sad to hear this Mihm news, I agree with Shape, Kwame's performance will determine how fast Mihm heals.

Bynum will get minutes, he's now the back up center, but that's not comforting. We wanted Bynum to get minutes earlier in the year, not now when we're making a push for the 6th seed.
