[IMG] <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Sacramento -- Five months after his first NBA audition was cut short with the Celtics, Will Bynum's second tryout is about to be extended.

Bynum, whose 10-day contract with the Warriors expires today, will have his deal renewed for another 10 days, according to Golden State officials.

The rookie point guard has appeared in four games since the Warriors called him up from the NBA Development League on March 16. Bynum had little impact before Thursday's game against Dallas, where he had season-highs of four points, three assists and two steals in 14 minutes. He was also part of the reserve unit that keyed runs in the second and fourth quarters of Golden State's upset win.

"Before then, I thought I had a jinx or something against me," Bynum said. "But now I'm feeling more comfortable ... I'm learning every day. I'm getting better every day. Can't ask for much more."

Under league rules, players can only sign two 10-day contracts with the same team during a season. So in order to keep Bynum after his new deal ends April 6, the Warriors would have to sign him for the rest of the year.

Cold treatment: Not only is Jason Richardson carrying the scoring load for the Warriors these days, but he's also carrying them literally. Richardson had rookie Monta Ellis slung over his shoulder Saturday and a gaggle of Warriors following them into the locker room, where Ellis was dunked in a tub of ice water.
A shivering Ellis took the hazing in stride, and by Sunday, the Warriors' veterans were already promising more high jinks. </div>

it seems like we got a core group of guys that like playing with eachother. now, we just gotta get them to play all year long like they do when it doesn't matter anymore.
