Man, here go the Warriors again playing self destructive, high risk, three point casting, no-ball movement, non-transition defense playing ball. They're going to lose if they don't play smart and take better shots, avoid turnovers, and hit their layups and free throws.
man..what the hell is going on. Warriors chucking threes like theres no tomorrow. They not playing like they want it. And wtf is up with this team. We come out of a timeout and what does fisher do? Dribbles the ball under his legs and shoots a 3!
frustrating...lost the game from the start! why the hell does J-rich hold the ball for long?? when he gets the ball he holds it until 10 seconds left and he just does something.
38% on free throws too. Damn I've seen junior high schoolers shoot better at the line. A few wins and the Warriors go back to playing like rookies and pickup ball. Unbelievable.
5 mins watching, 4:30 watching Fisher pound the dribble. Warriors in a nutshell. Is that the coach's fault or is it a veteran's failure to play good ball?

Fisher just doesn't like to run, but if he does, he will mess up big time, throw an alley oop five feet off, throw a turnover. Monty, just doesn't have the cajones to change the offense or stand up to Fish about it..... we're screwed until we get a good complimentary player or someone that can help carry the load with J-Rich...
i noticed monty like the ruin the lineup when they are doing well. We had dunleavy, monta, jrich, pietrus, and biendrins in the game and we were cutting the into the lead. Then out of nowhere monty takes out ellis and pietrus and puts in fisher and murphy and that just ruins the whole chemistry of the game. When ellis and pietrus were in the game with that lineup..everyone was attacking the basket but once fisher and murphy came in everyone just stood around and did nothing.
I just hate this. We put our fastest, best guys in there and they suck at the line and we allow too many points off turnovers. Wasn't this a clear sign of why we lost? Mainly turnovers, but we can't even hit 50% of our free throws to match our field goal %'s and guys are complaining about Ellis not in there? What is going on? Seriously 38% free throws? Why the hell isn't anyone mad about this? Anytime you shoot 38% free throws, you are going to lose if you can't play D or take care of the ball and allow fastbreaks off our turnovers. I don't like Fisher because he's not a point guard, but he at least shoots free throws and same with Murphy. Now if we could play D like the Pistons or the Spurs we wouldn't need to gripe about anything. But damn, you can't go through games shooting a higher FIELD GOAL % than your FREE THROWING. We're ranting about little things besides the bigger picture. We didn't have control of the game and who did we have to make adjustments? If turnovers are messing up the team, I ain't putting in a guy who has a 1 assist to 1 turnover ratio as a point guard and shoots 70% at the line and doesn't know the plays. Now if Fisher wasn't chucking and was actually running the team like a point, we'd probably have done a better job with our shots on goal. No win situation based on our personnel. Now if I were Montgomery, hell I'd start gambling on the future now. I hate our vets. argggg...

The Warriors did work on their FTs, but you can see that it made them worse . The guy who was hitting his FTs in shootaround was Foyle. I have never seen him shoot better, in shootaround and in the game, but he still fumbles the ball . What put the game out of reach in the first half was Washington fast breaking on the Warriors. They also blocked the Warriors out and were getting a lot of offensive rebounds. But I just checked the box score and was surprised Murphy got 16, Foyle 5 and the Warriors outrebounded the Wizards. Maybe it seemed the opposite watching the game because the Wizards were scoring on their opportunities while the Warriors blew one inside shot after another. <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">I don't like Fisher because he's not a point guard, but he at least shoots free throws and same with Murphy. The Wizards need a stud 4 or 5 to make them complete. They have a BIG THREE in Arenas, Jamison and Butler. One play, I forgot Arenas and Jamison was on the other team and rooted for a good play they made. If they get a stud big man, then watch out. Even without him, they are a better team than the Warriors. It doesn't matter if they're in the East while the Warriors are in the West. The biggest problems with the veteran players are not just Fisher. It's Foyle, Fisher and Dunleavy. Fisher was casting away like there was no tomorrow instead of setting up a play. Foyle fumbled a few balls, but he was aggressive even though he wasn't an impact player. Dunleavy was very inconsistent and it was painful to see him shoot air balls. I say we need to get rid of two out of the three which is easier said than done. I like Murphy, but he didn't do too much to have an impact in the game. His rebounding number looks good, but he didn't contribute much on the offensive or defensive end. Monta was a pleasant surprise tonight. During shootaround, he was shooting with Bynum and it was clear that Bynum had the better shot. Monta was struggling. Later Elie had Monta shootaround with him, but I didn't think that was such a good idea as Elie has a slow release while Monta has a faster one. Monta was inconsistent at best. At times, Elie shot better than him. I thought Monta should watch JRich shoot and pattern his shot after his. Well, it's difficult to see how shootaround translates on the court with Monta. I think he's still inconsistent, but he did well tonight.
Monta Ellis was the only enjoyable part of this game. I get so frustrated watching these guys play. They will break your hearts.
