I would go with Kidd. He is the leader and he turned this franchise around.

True what NbaBaller said but Vince gives us this spark that is key for us his explosivness is what makes this team go I can't choose though becuase Kidd isa tremendous floor general.

Kidd. Carter is more exciting to watch, but Kidd is the one that sets everyone up for open shots. He is a triple-double threat every game, and is clearly the franchise player on this team.

Kidd would be the pick for anyone who watches games..but for the media that looks more at box scores and stats, I can see them going with Vince since he's always on the highlight reels, fan favorite, and marketable.

Since when has an MVP award been based on how exciting a player was? Duncan isn't exactly an exciting player but he still has won MVPs.

Duncan is an exciting player to watch to you? He is one of the most boring players. He has a ton of fundamental skills, but you rarely see him do anything worth watching. He isn't very athletic, isn't very clutch, and seldom has a tremendous slam.

My fault. I meant to write "isn't" but wrote "is" instead.

Duncan is fun to watch for me. But besides that, look at what I wrote; I said stats and box scores, which Vince has a dominating control over because he racks up more points. Jason controls the game, but a lot of what he does can't be tracked by a stat line and because of that I think people will side with Carter over Kidd. It's going to suck that they take away votes from each other, and probably aren't in the running anyway, but it's hard for non-Nets fans to see Kidd as the overwhelming leader of this team.

I think Kidd has played well and these last few games, he looks like the old Jason Kidd we've seen during the glory years. Kidd's wife is hot.

VC b/c he made the team better in many ways.if you look at the points the team was averaging last year to this year it's a boost. if you look at the record of last year and this year its better.
