I don't think Kidd should be on the All NBA 1st or 2nd team.

1st Team - should be Nash
2nd Team - should be Billups
3rd Team - should be Kidd or Paul or Parker

I know Kidd just shutdown Steve Nash in their last meeting, but one game does not make a season, and Nash has put up better numbers and the Suns have a far better record than Kidd and his Nets.

Both Nash & Billups are in the MVP race, right Kidd isn't being considered so he definitely should not be ahead of those two for All-NBA honors.

The 3rd team obviously has some tough competition with Tony Parker and Chris Paul challenging for the final spot along with Kidd.

Tony Parker is having a career year with the Spurs and no rookie has made a greater impact for their team than Chris Paul.

I think Kidd would be the first to admit he could careless about this award. He has a trophy room full of them already and all he wants is the elusive championship ring.

Chris Paul is on the downside and the Nets are on the upside. I don't see how he deserves a slot over Kidd, by any means. Paul is by far the best rookie but as a player he isn't deserving of an All-NBA team, especially with the way his team has been playing of late.

Nash and Billups are pretty much guaranteed 1st and 2nd team. 3rd seed is pretty much between Paul, Kidd, and Parker and maybe Baron Davis. Parker is the most likely due to the amazing season hes had, Paul's team has really fallen off and it may be a disadvantage to be a rookie, Kidd has really only been playing first team type basketball since the all-star break, Baron has been a dissapointment but still second in the league in assists, hes a long shot. I would give 3rd team to Tony Parker because hes been consistently great all season, it seems like Kidd may get a little too much credit just because of his reputation.
