<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">As his teammates bounced up and down the court, Chris Mihm worked out on a stair-climbing machine, moving up and down rhythmically, another positive indicator in a Laker season that has taken a recent turn for the better. Mihm could have missed the rest of the regular season because of a severely sprained right ankle but said he would return sooner, his progress moving along better than expected. "We've gotten the swelling out," he said Wednesday. "It's healing pretty quickly. We're pushing it more and more, day by day, and it's responding well." He still feels some pain but is able to put an increased amount of weight on the ankle. He has missed eight games and has tried to stay in shape by swimming. "Hopefully my body still retains the shape that I had worked myself into before this, and I can get back there with some games and practice before the playoffs," said Mihm, who is averaging 10.4 points and 6.4 rebounds.</div> Source
it's nice to hear he'll return but to me it's not that important anymore. It seems like Brown playing better without Mihm and if he's back, it might screw up Brown's game. Oh well, the Lakers need him to make a last playoff push.
It's very important, because the Lakers have to rely on Brian Cook in the meantime. He's a major liability on the defensive end. The Lakers could have used Mihm last night to match up with Nazr.
I would love to see Mihm come off the bench and depending on how Kwame responds with that added pressure, insert him back into the starting lineup some time in the second round. Personally, I would love to keep developing Kwame because he's playing the best basketball of his career, he grabbed 13 boards tonight to go with 10 points so I'm REALLY excited and optimistic to see him develop into a 15-10 player next year
I mean I have an idea on how to fit both Kwame and Mihm without screwing both of them. I think putting Kwame as a PF , and Mihm as a C as starting lineup would be perfect IMO

They switch them on and off from what I've seen. They like would do PG- Smush SG- Kobe SF- Odom PF- Cook C- Mihm But then again thats only from the games I've seen and I am pretty careless with watching all the games
