Right now Miamis way to the Finals would force them to play Indiana in the 1st round and then New Jersey in the 2nd round and THEN Detroit in the ECF. I'm not too cheerful with this road to the Finals. A LOT harder than last years.

Indian and New Jersey are the two teams I fear the most other than Detroit in the East and yes I'm not forgetting Cleveland. Their lack of experience will cost them.

You have Shaq and Wade (playing better than Kobe according to you guys). What could possibly scare you? [IMG]

Woah woah woah. Even as a Heat fan I know Kobe right now is better than either Shaq or Wade and IMO the best player in the game RIGHT now. However Shaq and Wade combined completely own Kobe.

Now I'm not really saying either of these teams could upset us, but I'm just saying I doubt we're gonna sweep the 1st two rounds like we did last year. The Nets are much better this year and Indiana owns the Wizards. I am hoping Milwaukee drops to the 7th seed instead. We would sweep them.

With Shaq at thirty-four I want the most rest possible so the less games it takes to get to the Conference Finals the better.

I don't think Indiana will be too difficult for the Heat. They look to be slumping big time right now, and Jermaine will probably be a non-factor again in the playoffs.

Indiana is a tough team though. It also seems like whenever we play them Shaq come out with some kind of injury. I hate to say it, but I think they play with that intentive in mind. I still remember Ron Artest putting his foot under Shaq who was about to land. Well good thing Ronny isn't there anymore.

Let me just say I'd feel much better playing Milwaukee.

As of the moment, it looks like the Heats first round matchup is vs. the Bucks. The only team I really, really fear in the East come playoff time is Detroit everyone else the Heat have the edge. Although in the reg. season it hasn't shown im hoping this year is our year, I mean that roster is destine to really work sometime, why not playoff time? Coming in to the playoffs the only question mark is how healthy Zo feels, he is the X factor for us in my eyes. J-Will and Posey played in todays loss against the Bulls so theyre healthy, and Shaq has turned it up as he ussualy does coming into playoff time, another good sign is that lately Antoine Walker has been stepping up, we will need his aggressive play in the playoffs.
