This is a new thing I'm going to start called Magic Mania where each week we pick a new member that is active in the Magic forum and the rest of us will get to ask him ANY question (as long as it is appropiate). Each member will be allowed to ask a maximum of 5 questions and the selected member will post their answers as soon as the deadline for submitting questions ends. Here are some examples of questions that would be ok to ask: 1. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? 2. How will the Magic do next year? 3. Who is hotter, Alba or Longoria? 4. What's your favorite food? 5. What's you favorite thing to do when your not browsing JBB? These would all be acceptable and I think it will help us get to know each other and would get the Magic lounge somewhat active again. Ok guys, here are the answers. GatorsownstheSEC -How does it feel being a bandwagon fan on the national champion basketball team? Haha, well unlike some bandwagon fans, I could actually name the entire Gators' lineup about 5 games into the season thanks to you. And also, my whole family supports the Gators so it was easy for me to get in on the action. -What do you want to do when you get older? I would like to be a sports writer when I grow up. That is my dream job and I don't think I would ever get sick of it. I have always wanted to do something with sports and JustBBall has really got me into expressing my opinions on basketball and I think it's a great occupation. -Who is the coolest Magic player that you have interviewed so far? I would have to go with Jameer Nelson. When I interviewed him, it didn't seem like he was just trying to say random things to end the interview. He thought about each question and all of his answers were very thorough. After I finished up asking him questions he was very interested in JustBBall and how I got my credential so he was asking a lot of questions too. He was very cool and the thing I liked most was that he didn't just want to get the interview out of the way. He treated me with respect and gave me extra time with him so that's why I think he was the coolest. -What is your pizza of choice? (place and toppings) Hmm, there is a pizza place near my house called Pizza Suprema and that is delicious. It is New York style and I absolutely love that stuff. Great weather. 2. Disney World! 3. No state taxes so you can make more. 4. We have Dwight Howard and Jameer Nelson to play alongside you. 5. I would probably want Shaquille O'Neal back just because he is so dominant and he can turn any team he goes to into an instant contender. Also, a Dwight Howard-Shaq frontcourt would be a very scary thing. - What are some of your hobbies not related to basketball and not video games? Hmm, I talk on my cell phone a lot, I like playing football and just hanging out with friends. I'm a pretty outgoing person and I'm a joker so I can turn anything into a good time. I actually don't play much video games because if I have some free time I'm usually outside playing basketball, posting on here or making graphics for the Writing Team haha. I find posting on JBB more fun than video games so there's no point in paying for something when there is a free thing that is more fun *my parents pay my internet bill*. We have like all the best dudes in our area and any team with me at point guard is going to dominate. Our best players are me, our C and our PF so we have the Nash, Amare, and Marion thing going on. (I left out two questions because I don't listen to much of those rappers) - Who is to blame more for the lost season: Isiah or Larry Brown and why. Well I think each of them are to blame but I would have to put more of it on Isaiah. He has assembled a terrible team and we have actually seen Larry Brown win. Thomas has never had a great team that he can call his own so I think you have to point the fingers at Thomas. Orlandoman -If you could have one player sign with the Magic, who would it be? I would have to go with LeBron James. LeBron and Dwight would be an insane duo and I think we would win AT LEAST one championship with them. They are both young, talented players and I would love for the Magic to sign him in 2007 if they can. -What is your favorite movie? I love the movie The Replacements and I used to love the movie Space Jam when I was younger. I would watch it like everyday lol. -What would you perform best in: Dunk Contest, 3 pt. Shootout, Skills Challenge? Either the Skills Challenge or the 3 pt. Shootout because I can't dunk. I would have to go with the 3 pt. Shootout because I have a good long range shot. At my high school, we all have laptops and we use them for most of the day so I'm usually browsing a ton of different sites. JustBBall is blocked on my laptop so I usually am on ESPN.com or RealGM.com to get basketball updates. I also like this one site called VideoCodeZone.com. It is a music video site and I usually watch them during my Spanish class. Why is your name Swish15? Well two years ago when I made this screen name I was playing in a local basketball league and I was mainly a three point shooter. My friends would always joke with me and either call me Peja or Swish. I also wore #15 so it just fit. If I had picked the name Peja15, it would have seemed like I'm a Kings fan so Swish15 worked. Will you ever leave JBB? Nope. JustBBall has provided me with the greatest oppurtunity of my life and they have made a dream of mine come true (getting to meet and interview the Magic players), so why leave? This is my favorite site and I see myself posting on this site forever. How long will JBB last? The hardest part of running a message board is getting it underway and active. That is when most forums die. JBB is way past that stage and I think we will be around for a long long time (at least I hope). We have a great group of admins/MODs running the site and I doubt they would let anything shut the site down. Thanks for submitting your questions!
