"I know the decisions that he's made, I know the reasons that he's made them, I know how they've turned out, I know why they've turned out a certain way, and I'm not about to second-guess, because I personally went along with those decisions, our entire organization was behind those decisions and it hasn't jelled," Snider said.

This franchise is doomed. Man FIRE Snider instead. He doesn't care about the Sixers anyway.

Even if King was fired their is nothing a new general manager could do with this team, the way it is currently constructed, for at least another season. If your going to bring in a new general manager I would do it when Webber’s deal expires after this upcoming season. Then we could hand the roster along with some cap room over to a new general manager and actually give him the flexibility to do something. I don’t like King, but I still don’t think the guy is as bad a general manager as people make him out to be. He has taken some big gambles, and they have not worked out for him.

I blame Snider more than anyone for the 76ers lack of success over the past couple of seasons. If he put as much time into running the 76ers organization as he does the Flyers there is no doubt, at least in my mind, that we would be well on our way to a title run. The 76ers need to rebuild their entire front office, bring back Pat Croce, bring in some defensive minded players this off season, and advertise this team better so attendance improves. This team is heading down a dead end street, because there front office does not care, and does not invest the right amount of time into building a successful squad.

Advertising isn't the problem... the players' effort and heart out on the court is the problem.

And yes, Billy King has made lots and lots of bad moves... and I believe he should be fired immediately. Atleast that way we have something to look forward to... but then again Snider would probably just go out and hire Rob Babcock as our next GM.

look on the bright side. at least billy king has a pretty good track record on draft night. he did come out with two steals in korver and green in the second round. he also picked up iguodala. although last years louis williams pick was a question, i feel pretty comfortable with him on draft night. also, be happy that our gm isnt isiah thomas, or however you spell his name

We need a GM who players have respect for. Examples would be Joe Dumars, Pat Riely, and even Isiah Thomas. I know things in New York haven't worked out, but at least Thomas gets player who have talent. I think a lot of that has to do with his name recognition.

Also bringing in some former 76ers wouldn't hurt. I'd hire Dr.J, hell I'd hire Charles Barkley as the 76ers GM. I'd demote BQ to a scout or something.

I was watching Ed Snider on DNL the other day. And it just seem like he didn`t care about his franchise`s, nor like he knew what was going on. He also praised King on how he`s "keeping things together." Its pathetic.

If King doesn't do jack sh*t in the offseason, and we continue to be on the decline, I'm starting a petition.
