We win 116-114. Ray comes up big in the clutch again to finish with 30, Chris has 23/12 on 9-11 shooting and Rashard back in the starting line-up with 21. Johan came back too, which is a great sign given there isn't much at stake at all.

I call this a Golden State, in terms of fucking up our draft pick with some sort of late season resurgence which is pointless.

Nice win. Anyone else feel like we're going to be really good next year? Our young bigs continue to improve, a full year from Watson and Wilcox, a go to guy in Ray Allen and add a high draft pick and we just might have something.

One other thing, another nice game from Wilcox but in watching the game no on DVR it seems he's a pretty weak team defender, always seems to be a step late (if he comes over at all)

Yeah I've noticed that too. He seems to be worried about his man rolling to the hoop. He should come over sooner. That's 4 straight double double's for him....the first time a Sonic did it since GP in '02.

Let Wilcox fix his team defense for next season after he gets inked to a contract. That is the only thing standing between him and huge contract this summer. If he suddenly starts playing great defense he will be WAY to pricey for the Sonics. We need glaring flaws to point out and keep his stock down.

BTW, I really appreciate the way 'Weezy' [IMG] acknowledges the guy who makes the nice pass. Also that he doesn't force anything that he can't do, like ridiculous fadeaway jumpers or cross-over dribbles into traffic. Plus I have to mention his tremendous, Webber-mitts.
