The Sixers lost tonight and even though the Bulls won, their next game is on Sunday against a tough Miami Heat team. Hopefully the Heat can help us out and then we can beat both Philly and Chicago when we play them.

Actually, even though Chicago won, we still have a tiny tiny bit of hope. If we can tie Philly and Chicago, in a 3 way tie for 8th place, then we hold the tiebreaker because it's a different tiebreaker than when it's 2 teams holding one spot.

Weirder things have happened. All we can do is win and if the stars in a line we will be playing pistons if not, we had an amazing end of the season that should be a good boost for training camp and the beginning of next season. They played like a team and won like a team. I think we can say for sure that we have a real team in orlando again. No more putting a star player with random people, this is a unit that can win together not by one individual.
I have a question that I'm too . . . tired to figure out right now. What if Chicago goes ahead of Indiana in the standings, and we have a three way tie with Philly and Indiana for the 8th spot. Do we hold the tiebreaker there? What about Milwaukee or Washington instead of Chicago? we really deserve to be in the playoffs.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Chuck:</div><div class="quote_post">we really deserve to be in the playoffs.</div> I'm sorry but why do you deserve to be in the playoffs? If you deserved it, you would be there.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting I-Miss-MJ:</div><div class="quote_post">I'm sorry but why do you deserve to be in the playoffs? If you deserved it, you would be there.</div> Well we have arguably been the hottest team in the NBA in the last month or so, that's why I think he thinks that we deserve it. Although do you remember how bad we were back in the early part of the season? We lost like 16 road games in a row and were 20-40 and lost 2 against the Raptors, lost 2 against the Hawks and at least 1 against the Bobcats. The whole season combined, no we don't deserve to be in the playoffs because we were so bad at the beginning and middle parts of the season, but now that everyone is healthy and we got rid of Francis, we have been an elite team.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting I-Miss-MJ:</div><div class="quote_post">I'm sorry but why do you deserve to be in the playoffs? If you deserved it, you would be there.</div> Because Orlando Magic defeated Elite teams and are a new team. If you haven't watch this team, you shouldn't comment. Usually the most ignorant people compare this team to the Warriors. Orlando Magic are definately a playoff worthy team, too bad they made the trade a week late.
It's not like we are all just saying we deserve to make the playoffs because we are Magic fans. Marc Stein from ESPN said in his Power Rankings last week that we deserve the playoff spot more than the Bulls, Pacers or Sixers. We are a new team with new pieces and since we acquired those pieces we have been unstoppable.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting I-Miss-MJ:</div><div class="quote_post">one month of good basketball doesn't make you playoff worthy, Golden State were the same last year.</div> I said we don't deserve it for the entire year because of how bad we were at the beginning and middle of the year. Next year, we should be playoff bound easily.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting I-Miss-MJ:</div><div class="quote_post">I'm sorry but why do you deserve to be in the playoffs? If you deserved it, you would be there.</div> "I'm happy for what Orlando has done lately, but I have my own job to do,'' he said. "There's no question the Magic are a playoff-caliber team right now. These last few weeks, they've been as good as anyone in the league.'' - Scott Skiles
