<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Because there will be no quality centers on the free-agent market this summer, the player who probably makes the most sense for the Bulls to pursue is forward Al Harrington of the Atlanta Hawks.

Harrington made it clear Wednesday night that he's definitely interested in the Bulls.

"Obviously, the season is still going on, and I'm still an Atlanta Hawk,'' he said before the Bulls and Hawks played at Philips Arena. "But I am going to free agency unrestricted, and I'm looking at every situation out there.

"What's going to be the biggest thing that's going to help me decide where I go is the winning factor. I'm definitely trying to get back to the playoffs.''

Harrington, 26, has been keen on the Bulls since the end of his time in Indiana. He reportedly asked the Pacers to trade him to the Bulls but instead was shipped to Atlanta in July 2004.

"The No. 1 thing is their tradition and their history, and then you look at the steps they're taking to get back to that level,'' Harrington said when asked why the Bulls are attractive. "Right now, I would love to be in the situation they're in, where they're fighting for their lives for a playoff spot and they have a very good chance of making it.''</div>

I would love to sign Harrington. He and chandler wouldnt be a bad duo in the middle. And he would certainly open up the shooting for our guards. My problem is how much will we have to spend for him.

The teams that i think will have intrest are

    Sac town
    boston
    lakers
    minni
    jersey

    GL Bulls!!!

Oh man that's awesome he's saying that. I wonder how much he'd be asking for but he's a great player.

I think he's the type of veteran that the Bulls need to carry them through.

I'd be interesting to see how he fits into the Chicago Bulls line-up.

hm i dont know abt that...personally i would rather like to see LeMarcus Aldridge be paired up with Chandler. I think he'll fit the bulls perfectly, and a line-up of:
    aldridge/chandler/deng/gordon/hinrich can be dangerous!

We would be able to get both, Aldridge during the draft, matters what pick we have, and Harrington as a free agent.

I dont think he'll come over via free agency, I think he'll be ina sign and trade for the hawks because they dont want to lose a talented player like him for nothing in return, I dont know what the bulls would give up, maybe Chris Duhon or something, but I cant see Harrington leaving that easily, but It would be nice to see him in a bulls uniform.

He is an unrestricted free agent isn't he? So there is nothing they can really do about it.
