<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">NEW YORK -- The Charlotte Bobcats won a tiebreaker with the Atlanta Hawks on Friday, giving them a slightly better chance of landing the No. 1 pick in the NBA draft.

Charlotte and Atlanta tied for the league's third-worst record at 26-56. By winning a random drawing conducted by NBA senior vice president Stu Jackson, the Bobcats have a 13.8 percent chance of winning the draft lottery. Atlanta is at 13.7 percent.

The top three picks in the June draft will be determined by the lottery. The remaining teams in the lottery will make picks 4-14 in reverse order of the final standings.

Also winning tiebreakers to determine their draft order were Minnesota (33-49) against Boston; Houston (34-48) against Golden State; New Orleans (38-44) against Philadelphia; Chicago (41-41) against Indiana; Sacramento (44-38) against Denver; and New Jersey (49-33) against Memphis.

Portland (21-61) had the league's worst record and a 25 percent chance of winning the lottery. The New York Knicks (23-59) were second, but they have traded their first-round pick to Chicago.</div>

if they get # 1, i think they should go after rudy gay or adam morrison. they are already pretty set at the big man spots with okafor and may, so a nice shooting guard to compliment felton would be nice

Yeah if they get #1 they should draft Adam Morrison or Rudy Gay.

I think they should get Brandon Roy, no matter where they pick, they cant go wrong with this guy. I know taking him at #1 would be a stretch but he's a perfect fit..

Roy at #1 would be bit of a stretch, unless he really impresses in Pre-Draft workouts.

I think he could be impressive, or I think the Bobcats could package someone like Brevin Knight along with the Pick for a good player at a different position, a swingman and get a later pick not too much later just like 3 or 4 picks later so they can grab Brandon Roy.
