    Rose - expiring contract
    Taylor - expiring contract
    Rose - untradable
Marbury - value has reached an all time low
Francis - value has reached an all time low
Curry - value has reached an all time low
Richardson - value has reached an all time low
Crawford - value has reached an all time low
    Fyre - young, cheap
    Nate - young, cheap
    Lee - young, cheap
    Butler - young cheap
    Woods - young cheap
    James - untradable

How can we get better when we have limited assets on this to get under the cap or become a competitive basketball team?

Francis and whatever for Eddie Jones? Grizzlies are an up rising team in the West, Jones has been great for them. Francis wouldn't provide anything for them, offensively or defensively.

Now we have Theo Ratcliff and Daruis Miles rumors...nothing seems realstic no more.

Last season he did the same thing, he had a huge game against the Wizards and we lost the number 7 pick to Toronto. He's done the same in Chicago, it takes 60 games for Crawford to play like a starter. He hasn't improved...so his stock isn't as high as it was when he was in Chicago be offered on the table.

Well first off, the Knicks need to stop using expiring contracts to bring in talent. They should be using them to get people to bite at the untradeables. Unfortunately, Isiah hasn't shown any signs of stopping. Imagine if Tim Thomas and Penny Hardaway were used to get rid of players? You wouldn't have Francis or Curry and might have a chance of being under the cap next season.

if isiah wouldnt of traded away the expiring for bad contract former stars the Knicks wouldnt have Curry, Jalen Rose or Francis, that'd be like...30 million off the cap (guess).

And i disagree that Crawfords value is at an all time low...i'd say its actually an alltime high. Though i dont think he's ever been a real hot commodity in the league.

The Knicks should fire Isiah and they should use Lee, Nate Robinson and Frye to trade away some of the horrible contract guys. Like Frye and Marbury to Minni for example. Blow up the team!

i doubt the grizzlies organization would want steve after what he said about them on draft day

Then again that is when Francis was first coming into the league, his whole different thoughts on what are now the Memphis Grizzlies might of changed.

I agree with what you said about Miles though, just a swingman that talks and wants everything his way.

Crawford better not get traded because we'll basically have no one that could hit those shots, especially the buzzer shots.
Isiah should get fired IF he gets rid of Crawford.

a player to hit big shots is nice but you guys got bigger concerns. Like what to do with your 125 million in low quality players/headcases.
You gotta spend money to make money...if Crawford can be moved along with a guy like Marbury or James then why not trade him. Who cares about hitting the odd big shot when you're this bad of a team, so what you'll win 5 more games cause of him and go from 1-5th pick to 6-10th pick. In my opinion the Knicks are no where even remotely close to the playoffs...so blow up the team, trade the hard to move players with the guys that still have some trade value (crawford, frye, lee, robinson). Start over.

Maybe the team bus will crash into a jungle and the players will go missing, and New York will get to restart over by default...and that the only one to make it out alive is Channing Frye, who had to eat Coach Brown to stay alive and fight multiple bears and Eddy Curry, because he mistook him for Bigfoot.

Problem solved. Get a bus, round them up...

I agree with what you're saying, but Crawford is essential for the team whether he hits those last shots. We need a clean slate. The team needs to start training camp together, get to play more together. The people who came in later the season haven't gotten a chance to really train with them.

    OR...

They'll all band together and work as a team and fight their way out of the jungle. And then they'll have the best team chemistry ever and win a championship.

    nah...

it'll be like Lord of the Flies [IMG]
