    Pretty cool piece from NBA.com

Arenas, Odom, Gasol, Gooden, Jefferson, Stackhouse, Walker, Billups, Shaq, Parker, Amare, and Webber are featured.

Cool article from NBA.com, I watched the segment ABC had on Gilbert Areanas and the little kid he took in after the fire killed his family. Great story.

Props to Arenas for helping that young kid out. Wow, I find it amazing how good Amare is when he only started playing at 14.

Sounds cool. Going to check it out right now. I checked out Arenas really quick and it said he works out 3 times a day during the season, is that a good thing? 3 times!

Arenas is a gym rat. It's not all weight lifting, either. He probably does a basketball workout, a cardio workout, and a weight workout.

One night, Arenas locked himself in a gym with a fridge of Chinese food. He would ball for like 2 hours, eat a little, chill for about half, then repeat.

When he first signed with Washington, the first thing he asked for was keys to gym.

Two hours after being eliminated from the playoffs last year, Arenas came back to the gym and practiced all night.

In the offseason, Arenas goes to play ball/workout, then bowls, then goes back to workout.

He's always the first one in the gym, and def. the first one out.

Do you want me to continue?
