I don't want to bash Kobe because he is one of my favourite players but it seems like he trusts (or pretends to trust) his teammates up until the last few minutes of the game. After that he plays one-on-one and jacks up all these bad/contested shots like he did tonight and the couple of games before. If he truly believed in his teammates, he wouldn't try to do everything by himself in the last few minutes, even when he is being double-teamed. Just my observations.

He did pass a lot up until the last few minutes of the game. Then he reverted back to playing one-on-one and passed only when he was completely trapped. Otherwise, he took a lot of contested/off balance jumpers. Isn't that the most important time to prove that you trust your teammates? Instead he just tries to win the game by himself.

Some people just dont pay close attention to the game. When he tried most of the 1 on 1 plays when Odom and Kwame were both on the bench. Not much of an option to go down low so he had to try to create something. He did a good job he cant play super perfect its impossible from anyone thats human.

Check. Odom? Check. And you're saying I don't pay close attention?
What he did wrong was make turnovers he didnt force that many bad shots maybe 1-2 anyways they won thats all that matters. Kobe played great overall and like I said he cant be perfect x.x
He actually threw the ball away while trying to pass out of the double team down the stretch at one point. With 2 minutes left in the game you don't pass the ball to Smush or Cook or Walton... you get to the hole and get fouled. The Suns were in the penalty and were looking for turnovers... what was Kobe's percentage in the fourth?
Everyone played great! Even though Kobe didn't score much, he got everyone involved and in rhythm. The other guys made up for Kobe's off night. They played great team ball. I also saw some great passes from Kwame to Luke. Great win, let's go Lakers!
Well I guess Kobe's working on it but he still doesn't seem to trust his teammates 100%. But it does take time to change some of his habits that he's developed over his entire career.
You cant expect Bryant to change in an instant man. But he is showing that he is capable of being what everyone wants him to be. A LEADER. I think this playoffs is a changing point.
I don't think anyone mentioned it, but did you see Cook on the offensive glass.... He made everyone look 5 feet shorter than him, he was knockin offensive boards like mad.

Just my observations</div> The most crucial play of the game he drives in to either score or dish, he get's double teamed and passes to LUKE WALKTON of all people, for the lay up. The pass never got there because he was fouled, but I'm not sure what more you want when he's passing with the game on the line....
kobe's playing around hahha now that he doesnt need to score a lot... he's having a good time drawing everybody's attention then they suddenly remember that he doesnt score too much anymore bwahahaha
Where'd all the people that said the Lakers would get swept, or beaten in 5 games go? What...did somehitng happen?
