Green is out for the season now. Thigh injury. I don't know what to think but I will say it may be over.

Not sure. He tore his tendon in his thigh and Sherman said he won't be back for the rest of the year.

this is a severe blow to a team that is almost out of options. The packers defense is getting worse and worse with more and more injuries happening. Green was there best shot at having a good running game with some bad lineman

This team is falling apart and they lose so much, the newspaper people are going to run out of titles for their losses eventually but at least I could come up with enough to last the next four games:

Packers get crushed by Cincinnati, prompts speculation of Favre going to a retirement home.

Favre fumbles the ball so many times against the steelers, everyone lost track because the computers couldnt save a 3-Digit number [the amount of times Favre fumbled the ball]

Falcons beat the Packers, Nall beats Favre in a arm wrestling match so badly Favre's hand slamed the table and broke his fingers that some say proves Favre is the frailest QB.

Favre falls asleep and drools, Culpepper wakes him up with his vibrator as the Vikings won.

I am sorry to hear that. Of all things, losing because of injuries is the most difficult thing for a team to swallow.

I'm sure there are a lot of fantasy owners who are fuming right now.

    ehhhhh not cool.

Fisher is gonna start now and he's got some talent but he's no Green. I'm not worried about the defense. In fact all the injuries are on offense. The D played well against the Vikings until the 2nd half. I think it will hold up. Favre can only do so much. Ferguson's injury worries me because he's on pace for a great year but I think he'll miss sometime. Lets see if that cheap ass general manager of ours goes out and finds a WR. Someone with experience who can help us. Favre is only as good as long as he has someone to throw the ball to.

Things just keep getting worse for the Packers. Tough loss with Green out for the rest of the season. Kiss the playoffs goodbye Packer fans.

I can take ribbing about the Packers as much as the next guy (not named TKO), but is this kind of post in uncalled for.
