When do you guys think Phil is going to retire? How many more years with the Lakers? I'd hate to see him go. He truly is an amazing coach. Look at what he's done for this Laker team.

I think Phil Jackson has a good 5 years left in him. Maybe more, depending on what happens in the playoffs this year, and in the next several.
I hate to give coaches alot of credit for the team success because they dont' play the game. But I must admitted, without Phil, we wouldn't be up 3-1. He's a great coach and he definitely part of the reason why we're up so far. I would like to see Dr. Buss extends his contract to 5 or 6 more years. He's still in good shape.
I have a lot of friends from different states who absolutely hate the Lakers with a passion. They have the biggest respect for Phil though. Hopefully he'll stick around a lot longer.
