that block against Miami was great when he just catches it in mid-air.

Not to discredit him or anything, but I'm not impressed by the block on Gary Payton. Payton, a near 40-year-old point guard, barely got off the ground for an under-handed layup. That's very susceptible to getting blocked. The block on Walker was nice. The alley-oop was due to the terrible transition defense by Miami; Shaq was still in the backcourt, so it was basically 4 on 5. It was a great sequence of events for Chicago, but considering everyone's reaction I was thinking Tyrus jumped from the freethrow line and dunked on Shaq or something. Hopefully the "Tyrus > Curry" thing was a joke.

The impressive thing is that he was in the position to do all of those things. There's no denying how awesome that sequence of events was.

Well, it was fundamental basketball. Before he got the alley-oop lob he was literally jogging up the floor and Shaq was nowehere to be found.

MrJ is bitter. he keeps coming into the bulls forms with negative comments. How is blocking a floater at the top of the shot not amazing? People dont block floaters. You act like Ty doesnt have hops. Hes blocked dwight howard dunks, josh smith dunks....... Dirk Nowinski fadeaway jumpshot. No one ever touched a Dirk fadeaway before Ty did it. his defensive timing reminds me of Dennis Rodman. Rodman would grab the most unbeliveable impossible rebounds while ty blocks some incredible shots.

I'm not hating on him. Did I not just say it was a great sequence?

I just saw posts like this:
    http://www.justbball.com/forums/showpost.p...91&postcount=14
    http://www.justbball.com/forums/showpost.p...93&postcount=16

And I thought he did a lot more in that play.

When it comes to this deal so far Isiah has the upperhand.

No excuse for him there. That was a clean, New York-style crossover.
