<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">LOS ANGELES - Lamar Odom worked extra hard Sunday in Game 4 of the Lakers' Western Conference playoff series against the Phoenix Suns. Odom played a game-high 49 minutes, 17 seconds. He scored a game-high 25 points to go with eight rebounds, five assists and a blocked shot. "I don't know whether to be happy or to cry," said the 26-year-old forward. "It's an emotional roller coaster." When the Lakers struggled in the fourth quarter, Odom went to work to help them reach overtime. He scored eight points, making both of his field-goal attempts and all four free throws. He had three assists. "Lamar put us on his back," Kobe Bryant said. "It was him who carried us and got us to that point. He was making all the plays. He was in the post getting three-point plays, passing out of the double teams." Odom drove to the hoop, scored and was fouled, and made the free throw to tie the score at 95 with 1:16 left in overtime. Less than a minute later, he had a moment he wanted to forget and needed a lift himself. With the Lakers trailing by three, Odom drove to the basket and missed a layup with 36 seconds left. He hung his head. "I missed a layup," he said. During the ensuing timeout, Odom stood hunched over all by himself. He stared at the floor, looking as if he wanted to hide. Then he heard a voice and got a pat on the back. It was Lakers coach Phil Jackson. "I just commiserate with him a little bit," Jackson said after the game. "He thought a guy was going to come and foul him and he short-armed it a little bit on that, and he was probably tired." So what did he tell Odom? "Just keep a positive attitude because this game certainly isn't over," he said. "We can still win it, and it's about carrying yourself right in a game sometimes that helps you win."</div> Source
Lamar's been playing like a beast lately. Especially in the playoffs so far. If he can keep it up to help Kobe, we're gonna go deep in the playoffs.
Lamar is finally rising to an All-Star he is becoming my favorite player and if ! we advance I will definitely get his Jersey LO7. We need to come out with Lamar chant!!!

Lamar Odom isn't just being Pippen to Kobe's Jordan, he is becoming his own player, a special kind of beast with the length of a PF and the finesse of a PG. Lamar also has an incredible and deceptivelly deep reperitore of moves and spins. When Lamar is rolling, the Lakers are nearly unstoppable. The mark of a great player is when a player makes others around him better.
LMAO odom is only Having a great series because hes playing a team with no defense. If the Lakers Go to the next round he will have trouble scoring and wont have it was easy like in this series.

Odom's been matched up with some good one on one defenders and most of his plays come for isolation plays so that tells you something, he's doing his thing against good defender and players. The two players that have been on him are Boris Diaw and Shawn Marion, and Diaw was only on him for one game. Odom hasnt had a bad game yet and Kobe is doing a great job leading us. Hopefully we can have that 'hallway' series everyone's been hoping for. Tonight if we pull out a W, it will be crazy. Im watching the whole game for sure tonight.

Obviously you haven't seen Odom play as he has been against Marion and Diaw.
