This is gonna be a good game. A rested panther team vs a sleeping giant. Panthers running offense vs Vikes run defense: I think Deshaun Foster will have a big game because he can run to the outside, and all the vikings strength is at DT. Panthers WR vs Vikings Secondary: Steve Smith is hard to stop he will catch a 2 yard pass and turn it into a long TD. I think Rod Gardner will have a breakout game. Keary Colbert is good for 3 catches and Ricky Proehl is a great 3rd down reciever Panthers Run defense vs Vikes run offense: Panthers are doing good stoping the run but Dan Morgan has a dislocated shoulder and should be playing but his effectiveness should be a little less. Im scared that moore will get out in space and get a huge run Panthers Secondary vs Vikes Recievers: Nate Burleson is gonna be shut down by Ken Lucas, Chris Gamble will be healthier, im not really scared of their WRs
Don't sleep on the Vikings. After reading that post it seems not only are you expecting a win but expecting a blow out. The Vikings beat the Packers and that MIGHT be the win they needed to get on the right track. I actually think this will be a very tight game.
It will be a close game, if the vikings wake up. They have so much talent its just not gelling. Im worried that Dante will take over the game and throw a lot of TDs. It will be decided by 7 points or less becuase the panthers have returned to the cardiac cats, and they win with last second drive
I'm not to sure how Jake Delhomme is anyways? He's listed as probable but will his injury play a minor factor into the game.
I read in the paper that he says he is fine, Chris Weinke can come in if he needs to for a little bit. The most important thing for the panthers is to establish the running game.
If the Vikings were a well-coached team, then they would take this easily. Steve Smith is the man and the Vikings secondary is still figuring things out. The Vikings offense still has potential, but there are questions as to whether they will self-destruct or play as a whole unit. The offense comes down to the offensive line, and that is a big question. Last week showed a good flash of what the Vikings could do if they play smart football. The problem is that they are still prone to stupid mistakes. If this game was at home, I would think that the game could be close. However, the Vikings road record, and especially their record outside, and outside of Lambeau, is horrible since 2000. I gotta think that the Panthers win this one.
You guys might actually have one thing going on your side, Julius Peppers will only play of pass rushing downs due to a broken hand. He has a cast on it

I don't think I'm betting sigs. I don't trust the Vikings yet to win on the road. (Besides, overconfidence on my part is certainly disaster waiting to happen)
