Can reggie Evans be sued for sexual Harassment?

    I'm serious here i just saw the clip fro the first time to see what everyone was talking about the guy got gropped straight up, he was violated. that wasn't part of the game. i'd rather get hit in the face then what happened to kaman. Could Kaman sue evans for that, if that happened in an office instead of the court i'd defenetly think so, here's the clip:

    I think he should be suspended for a year. Maybe kicked from the league. It's terrible and is borderline rape. If he had done it to a woman (or even a guy) on the subway or something, he'd be in jail. Period.

    Maybe the NBA just wants to see Kobe drop a bunch of points in the playoffs? Who knows what's going on in the minds of the NBA disciplinarians. My guess would be "nothing" though.

    Reggie Evans should be suspended for at least half of next season. He definitely got fined but what he did was far worse than just throwing a punch. You could cause far more damage grabbing and pulling on someone balls than just punching them or pushing them.

    i thought it was accidental. but i havent seen the replay [​IMG]. I was really wondering what the big fuss was about. i was thinking alone the lines of a KG and Elson which was pretty much accidental
