I feel drained, sadness, and anger.....next year I hope....Hopefully by then Von Wafer will have developed greatly and become sick.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Best Kept Secret:</div><div class="quote_post">You know there going to blame Kobe for the Lakers losing this series after leading 3-1. Just prepare yourself for Monday Around the Horn, PTI, etc. all those sports shows will be asking the question is Kobe to blame?</div> Comes with the territory. I'm sure Kobe will accept the blame anyways because that's what he's done in the past. That's what a leader does anyways regardless of who's to blame. Besides, Kobe got most of the credit (along with Phil) for being unselfish and getting his teammates involved when the Lakers were up 3-1. Kobe said he was going to stick to the game plan and that's what he did up to the very end.
Well I am a faithful fan, but lets be honest... down by 15 in the first half it was over. You don't just sopt Phoenix a 15 point lead. Thats like giving Michal Johnson a head start in the 200m. But I don't feel bad. Dissappointed we didn't make it to the second round.. yes. But considering the Clippers would have probably beaten us anyways I am proud of the Lakers this season. Some guys had a break-out season (by their humble standards). And really youth and experience beat us. These guys can only get better and they gave the Laker fans something to cheer about. Who thought we would even GET to go fishing? Kobe was great and you can see his leadership blossoming and the guys seem to really respect and trust him. The best thing I have seen is Kobe has NEVER gotten down on his teammates and even while the trail by over 20 points Kobe is still passing to them.
Man...up 3-1 and losing, that is hard to swallow for a fan. Imagine what Kobe is thinking right now, I feel his pain. C'com Kobe, keep your head up. Next year, Dr. Buss will to bring KG to you hahaha
This was a good series to point out what the Lakers need to add in the offseason. 1) Speed Guard 2) Shot Blocker
Another year to go....Like I posted we need a lot of this next year http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j7_4J44cdwo...rch=Von%20Wafer For us to go out with a 3-1 lead is truly unbearable. The funniest thing is, is that Suns fans and others were saying the Lakers are rigged to win, the NBA wants the Lakers to win to face the Clippers, etc. and yet here we stand ready to go home <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">2) Shot Blocker</div> Mihm?

By shotblocker I mean someone can erase shots at a high rate like Marcus Camby or Alonzo does.

Is there a chance we can get Ben Wallace this year? I think he is unrestrict free agent? I don't know but I heard Ben said before he can helps the Lakers and play for them. I love Ben, he will bring the defensive intensity on the floor.
