Those are my top 4, the hip hop coming out in the early 90's is my favorite era. I hate the direction hip hop has taken. All this main stream music is more pop than what hip hop is all about. The creativity is gone and artists are selling a catchy hook instead of spitting heavy lyrics.

Not a big fan of crunk music, but it works in the clubs or when you need something to wake you up in rush hour traffic.

2Pac, Biggie Smalls, NaS, Dr. Dre, Eazy E, Ice Cube, Jay-Z, The Game, Big L, Busta Rhymes, Styles P, Jadakiss, Xzibit, and the old Mobb Deep stuff, all the stuff from Infamy and on has been ok, and not near as good as their first 3 CD's. I like Snoop Dogg and Eminem's old stuff too, but like Mobb Deep their recent stuff hasn't been good, especially Eminems.

Hip-Hop is so good, it deserves a forum of its own.

They both kinda suck. Game is really starting to get annoying....and his G-Unot word is so retarded. I bet a 5 yr old came up with that word. 50 cent is just fake.

I really didn't like his album. So much name dropping: "I smoke like Snoop. I'm gangsta like Eazy. Hated like Shady." It just got annoying as hell. Guess that's what happens when you produce an album with G-Unit.

The Documentary was a top contender for album of the year in 2005, if not top three. Game pisses me off with his constant lying but I'm not going to say his album sucked, because it didn't. Every song can be listened to and all of the tracks are above average. It's alot better than 75% of the music that comes out.

As far as G-Unit is concerned, when you look at it from an individual point of view, Lloyd Banks, Young Buck and Mobb Deep are pretty good.
