I'm a Christian, not a very strong one but nevertheless do believe. Well, I don't know what the heck your religion is based on, but I think the golden rule is treat others as you'd like them to treat you? Virtues anyone? Love? Caring? Honesty? Respect? Loyalty? Charity? Humility? All Universaly appealing traits!
I'm not very big on religion. Not that I'm athiest, just open-minded. I respect all types of religions, however i mostly believe in karma. Do bad things, it will come back to get you. Do good things, you'll have good karma. Not a religion i know, just osmehting i respect dearly. BTW- does anybody know much about Kaballah? j/w But honestly <font color=""Purple"">In the words of Jimi hendrix "Music is my Religion"</font>

Atheist right here. For the scientology-people: if there was really someone intelligent who made us, then why has he made so many biological mistakes. If you want examples just look to the function of the genitals and kidneys. If you have to compare your entire urinating system with something on earth it would be like an open sewer. I just don't believe in a religion, and I'll keep it at that.

How is it that we just randomly have everything we need to survive? We just happen to see out of our eyes, breath through our mouth and nose, hear through our ears, and touch with our hands? There is no reason why we are capable of having complex thoughts and feelings? This just happened? There are so many contradicting thoughts when you think about where we came from. But to neglect any possibility and live a meaningless life as an Athiest makes no sense whatsoever to me. You have to believe in something, and if you don't then I feel sorry that you have such a faithless and hopeless life.
i dont really think which religion you are matters because they all have the golden rule as mentioned above. That with karma is pretty much what every single religion is about
Dang a whole lot of people here are aethiests. Wow i didnt know it was so many. no offense. but i am a muslim.

Urinating system, wrong cells that are made, malfunction of the pancreas, wrong brain function... Just to name a few. So don't tell me that we are SO perfect. Btw, I don't have a faithless and hopeless life. I believe in myself. And that's all I need to continue life.
^^ dude thats like 3 things that are wrong, we were created whenever ago, whos to say that they didnt work perfect back then? And come on, everything on this earth works scarily perfect. Lungs, fins, eyes (predators and prey's eyes are set differently, coinicidence), legs, hair, skeletons, everything dude. Hoe come we work so dang good then Phuzer, what is your biological explanation

You cannot study something that you have no grasp whatsoever on. If everyone had everything perfect about them we would all be Godlike... and I don't think anyone wants that.
I believe that god created us all and that the only reason we are not perfect is because god wants us to make our own decisions. He wants us to believe in him. He created us all because he wanted us to worship him. He wants us all to make our own decisions and believe in him.

Then they started multiplying themselves. Before you know it you have the first living creature with organs. This proces took about 3 billion years( from first living cells to first living species with organs), so it's biologically explainable. If there really was someone who developed us, then why would he make all those mistakes, like I've mentioned before. The eyes by the way, have developed in different ways too. Scientology-people always said that nature can't make something as difficult as the eye, because it takes so many steps to function. Well, you can still find those steps on earth on animals as lobsters and such. That is my biological explanation.
If everyone was made perfect the average life spand would be way to long, and the world would be even more over populated than it is now. People would be dying everyday for the simple reason that they don't have a place to live, and all natural resources would be gone by this point. Like Shard said biology only explains what humans study and choose to believe.
I hate when people classify all religions in opposition to evolutionary theory. When, in reality, its only a small, but vocal, group that advocates creationism/intelligent design. I've never had my religious beliefs questioned by science.

And because we all came from a few cells over 3 billions years of evolution, who is to say that god didnt do that? And what was your point about eyes. I know that they are very different, that was my point. Predators have eyes set in front of their head to focus, and zone in ontheir prey easier. Prey have their eyes set on the sides of their heads so that they can see a wide view which helps them see predators coming. And dude, you sixteen, how much biology do you study? if its only high school, then you shouldnt be claiming to be some kind of expert
Christian. My Grandfather was a preacher and my father is a preacher. So, I have a strong Chrisitan background. Still, I wouldn't call myself a "very religious person" although many expect me to be.
mormon....haha j/k nah i dont believe in nething.. scientology biggest belief is if u think ur honestly a good person and have good spirit u will be good in the after life...all the rest of the crap is for celebs...
