    Hi All,

I hope this is the right section to post under, so if not I apologise.

Currently the only way to get my NBA fix is to subscribe to a pay tv company over here called Austar/Foxtel... which through the sports channel ESPN gets you minimum 1 game a week - and every second or third week you might get 2 as well as NBA action. [IMG]

This sh!ts me off [IMG] , cause I love my NBA and I'd watch every game if I had the chance...

so my question is to this great group of members is does anyone know how I can get more NBA in Australia?

I tried downloading the games, but their just too big... 1.4gb for 1 game in a good watchable resolution... and unfortunately with my internet company I only get 8gb a month... so that kinda rules the downloading option out!

any information would be a great help.

    cheers,

    Matt [IMG]

I know a website where you can watch ESPN streamed off the net. Although I think its the same ESPN as the one we get on Foxtel.

There is no nba tv in australia....sad, but true....
We pay $40 or more a month for cable tv for somethin like 20-30 channels, when we only really want to watch espn for that 1 game a week.
I know if you have cable internet you can split the line and watch cable tv on your computer for free, but then that dosetn help you wathc more nba
Personally i download games, but i get like 32gb a month downloads so its good for me.
The only thing i can recommend is upgrading your internet plan

We pay the equivilant of $74(American) for extra channels. Although, to be fair there are tons of other channels included. If I just wanted the NBA matches, it would still cost the equivilant of $45 for 1 game a week up until the end of the season where you get 2 a week.
