    They already attract a lot of under - 21 year olds to Mexico because the age limit is less. This is going to attract a lot of drug users.

    I heard recently that Mexican President Vicente Fox condemned the act after the US Government voiced their disapproval.

    I don't think it's as big of an issue as most people make it out to be. Drugs are still going to be illegal in Mexico. They're just allowing very small and insignificant quantities.
