<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Franchise4Ever:</div><div class="quote_post">This is truly wack, plain and simple. Kobe is one of my favourite players as well but does that mean I'm going to blindly agree with everything he does and bash everyone else because he did something to Kobe or "took" the MVP from him? You guys are a bunch of hypocrites. It's ok for the Lakers forum to post threads about what Kobe said about Bell or what Bell said about Kobe, trying to get a reaction from either: a) angry Lakers fans or angry Phoenix fans. What about the comic that was posted about Nash? Did you object to that? No. Instead you joined in. How is this any different from that? And don't worry about me posting in the Lakers forum again. There's nothing going on there anymore seeing as their season is over. BTW: You told me to stay out of the Lakers forum if all I was trying to do was to get a reaction and to bait people. I suggest you heed your own advice. Otherwise you're being a hypocrite (of course, it wouldn't be the first time).

There was only 1 thread with Kobe making a comment on Bell and no one ever replied. Raja Bell There was only 1 time we talked down upon Raja and that was directly after he flopped and closelined Kobe. Nobody liked that, and we voiced our opinions. He was a dirt bag player plain and simple and to make matters worse Nash was trying to defend Raja's actions pissing us off further. Nash was supposed to be the clean sport, never makes excuses then his teamate does something extremely drastic. What were we supposed to say? We were pissed especially after losing that. The series is over and yet you are still rubbing it in especially by quoting Raja, thus baiting us ONCE AGAIN.
http://www.justbball.com/forums/showthread.php?t=53847 Did you forget about that thread that has 125 posts? <div class="quote_poster">Quoting Franchise4Ever:</div><div class="quote_post">There was only 1 time we talked down upon Raja and that was directly after he flopped and closelined Kobe. He's not supposed to go out there and say "Raja didn't mean it, Kobe we are sorry, please don't put up 50 on us again". He's supposed to defend his teammates. Kobe would do the exact same thing if it was the exact opposite situation, because he is a leader. Nash wasn't making excuses, he was defending his teammate. Both Raja and Kobe were dirtbag players throughout the entire series. Kobe with his elbows and pushing Diaw into Thomas and Raja for of course the clothesline. Yes, Suns fans have rubbed it in a little, but do you honestly think that you Laker fans wouldn't have rubbed it in on the Suns face if the Lakers won the series? I honestly don't see anything wrong with this thread, because it was a quote from a player and it doesn't directly say anything about Kobe and the Lakers. You can interpret it to mean something about Kobe and the Lakers, but it's not like he straight up said.... "You might have won the battle Kobe, but me and the Suns won the war" Also Raja Bell clearly got at least 1 elbow by Kobe(regardless if it hit him in the mouth or the shoulder) and he said he was constantly getting elbowed, so it's not just about that one play. It looked like Kobe got him with the elbow twice in that play, 1st in the face and 2nd in the shoulder. Kobe is a strong man, I certainly wouldn't want to get elbowed by him. Like unbeliever said, Raja saying these kind of things isn' just about jealousy, if you got elbowed by Kobe repeatedly throughout the 7 game series, you would be angry at him too. btw, have you met him on or off the court? How do you know that he is a better guy then what everyone thinks? Oh and that comic thread, maybe it wasn't supposed to mean any harm, but neither did this one. It was a thread to brag to the Suns.
I dont get all the hostility?? in an interview when Kobe was asked about Raja, before the "incident", Kobe said, among other things that he "had bigger fish to fry" and commented, honestly, that Raja was a non factor in his life.. .I believe totally those are Kobes true feelings...not very friendly, but a frank, honest answer.. In fact in a later interview he said that his new daughters vomit on his tee shirt was of more consequence to him. No lynch mobs were organized over that statement. It was just Kobe being himself and everybody made allowances and no fuss was made. Now, Raja says in jest (if he said it, I haven't seen a quote or context) the "Suns now have bigger fish to fry". I don't see how that should be such a raw nerve or lightning rod issue no matter how badly this recent series loss hurts. It qualifies at most as a gentle jab. Of one thing I am certain. ..this did not offend Mr Bryant or Mr Jackson, who would have the most reason to take offense, in the slightest.

man it was funny just to hear it from raja bell. Kobe can score on him anytime he wants. Raja Bell just flops all day to draw fouls on kobe.
Kobe can score on anybody whenever he wants. Even if if costs him the greatness he is capable of. Raja knows who he is and how fortunate he is. He is an undrafted player who had to acquire sufficient skills to even be at the "show". He's had to work, scratch, fight, accept setbacks and even play for the Jazz on the way to where he is. Kobe was born with more talent and skills than Raja will ever posess. I suppose that makes him a lesser person somehow.
You guys are killing me..............after the heated debates throughout this forum on the Kobe vs. Raja feud did you expect Suns fans to go quietly after the game seven victory? You are simply ludicrous. Did you expect you would not be harassed and made to look ridiculous? After meltdowns like that, and the words exchanged throughout this series, I expected no less then what I am seeing. It's not as if Kobe was an angel after the loss either. The bottom line is the Suns have moved on, Kobe has lost some of that "all-world" factor, and this forum will be in an uproar for a long period of time.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting bigballer111:</div><div class="quote_post">man it was funny just to hear it from raja bell. Kobe can score on him anytime he wants. Would you be able to take constant elbows from Kobe for 6 games and not fall over? I don't think you would. You guys are acting like Raja Bell doesn't play defense at all and just flops over on every play. He is a very good defender and he draws charges, which is a turnover for the offense, so basically it's the same as getting a steal or forcing the offensive player to throw the ball away.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting arre:</div><div class="quote_post">DAMN, GatorsowntheSEC, you sure are one kobe-hater... :/ Sad to see you hatin on someone that much.</div> I honestly don't hate Kobe. I don't like him that much, but I don't hate him. I love watching him play though, because he makes everything look so easy. Sorry if it sounds like I hate him, but Kobe fans are going so crazy over him and I'm just trying to throw in another perspective and be the devil's advocate, but I guess that makes me look like a Kobe hater, since I don't praise everything he does. The Laker fan came on and talking crap about Raja Bell like he is less of a man than Kobe and saying that the Raja Bell thing is over because Kobe is so much better than him, like Kobe won the series and stuff.
