I think its not the personell that need to be changed but more specifically the coaching. Francis and Marbury are not Larry Brown players. Nobody is.... there are no superstars with Larry Brown. If we had a new coach, not saying either Francis or Marbury has to go, the team will be very different. I'd love to see a new coach and a Francis - K.Martin combination. At least if they keep Francis and Marbury let them both do what they do best score....and do it together.

The Knicks are loaded with talent. I think they should unload some and fill in with solid role players or high draft picks.

Give Brown another chance. At least one more season. Isiah is the one who needs to be cut lose immediately. Its just not working.

i think we need a new system. Our team was built to run and gun. Larry brown needs to stop being hard headed and lets the guys loose. Look what happened to detroit when he left. The offense loosened up and pistons got even better... Although, i also think the knicks bad season was due to all the new faces. I'm sure it'll be alot better next year..

Also, i think francis wil hav to go. Especially after his "if im not gonna start, then i'll leave" comments. Anyway, isiah only got him for trade bait... I do think steph cud work it out. Just look at how they played right before he was injured... I don't think we should trade for k-mart either. He is nowhere close to the player he was while he was with the nets. And he's injury prone, has a bad attitude and is way overpaid..

Both. Im not asking too many roster changes, but I dont think this roster is good enough to make some noise. We dont need two ball hogging gaurds.

To the comment Francis has to go...

I think not. In the 2002 Allstar game Isiah Thomas said Francis was his favorite point guard and they took pics together. I for 1 think that first off there is no way q.richardson should ever start or Francis..bad season or not...in any world...Larry was out of his mind to even consider that. 2 Francis and Marbury are the best players on the team but to me Francis is better...hands down..as a 1on1 player just not as a playmaker.

First of all this team wasnt built to run and gun. To be a successful running team you have to be able to play some sort of defense unless of course you have Steve Nash in which case you can run off of made baskets. You also need a great pass first point guard and the Knicks dont have any of those either. Second of all whenever the Knicks did decide to just run and gun they always ended up falling behind by double digits.

Obviously the problems rest almost completely with the roster. I said it before and I'll say it again: You cannot have a roster full of career losers and expect to win. Period. As soon as we lose these selfish losers the sooner we can think about putting together a playoff team.

Anyway I think Isiah Thomas should be fired.

You're right Larry Brown doesn't do well with superstars at ALL. he always had problems with AI. and the pistons have no super egos.

I think Larry Brown should coach Milwaukee, as they have good players, but few egos - Michael Redd is a superstar caliber player but he seems really humble.

We just ran through 3 coaches so I can't even use that as an excuse for the knicks anymore. We need both. Get rid of all them scrubs on the team and adapt a better System because the one that they think they have now isnt working.

What system could possibly be better than playing defense and passing the ball?

That's because they didn't have the right players.
