    to Dwyane Wade.

This guys continues to take his game to a new level in the playoffs and just causes nightmares for other teams. He does whatever is needed from him whether it's posting up, hitting 3s, making plays, getting to the line, make a big defensive play, and delivering BIG in the clutch. Sometimes, when he's read the game well, in the 4th quarter of a tight game he'll call Riley off and tell's him that he's gonna decide the offensive play. And Riley let's him do because he trusts him. And Wade delivers.

He has been overlooked by LBJ and Carmelo in the 2004 NBA Draft. He had a lot of people wanting to change their vote for ROY that same year after hitting his first playoff GW against the Hornets and leading his team to the Semi-Finals. And I bet a lot of people are wanting to change their votes for MVP if they've been watching the Heat's playoff run.

Wade had a lot of questions going into the league. Some of those were he was turnover prone, he had an erratic jumper and didn't have much range, he needed to develop playmaking skills because his size isn't suitable for the SG position, he needed to work on defense, etc

Over the years he's worked on those areas and turned him them into part of his game.

The scary part is he still hasn't reached the prime of his game. He's already showing his 3pt shot can be used if you don't respect him. He's getting better defensively even though he still has ways to go. His A:T ratio improves every season. His shooting touch could stand to improve. His FT% is still not up to par at 77%.

We are all witnesses to Dwyane Wade. He is the only player that reminds us of things Jordan used to do.

Agreed. Wade is an enigma. Wade's pull up jumper is deadly, espeically when he's rocking his defender off. Wade also seems to have a better knack for alley ooping to Shaq better than Kobe ever did.

The funny thing is is that he didn't gradually show his range, he just started to explode in the playoffs and shoot threes (almost every one i've seen in this series has been nothing but net). With his work ethic, I don't see many limitations for him. If he becomes a force defensively, he'll be unstoppable.

The only thing that could limit him is injuries. He plays a very physical game on offense. Sort of like Manu Ginobili. Unless he changes that aspect of his game, he'll likely have an injury-prone career.

Well he has seemed like he is trying to bring 3 point shooting to his game. This should make his game less physical.

I'm still not sold on him being able to hit 3's consistently. It's only been the nets series where his hit 3's. I'll wait and see next season. I'd rather he learn how to shut down his man.

Why take LeBron's slogan? It has nothing to do with a comparison to Jordan. Other than that, it's a great piece, but he's not making anyone think twice about naming Nash MVP.

He really is an amazing player. The stuff he can do just amazes me becuase he is the only guy that hits those crazy shots. I think the Rivalry between him and Lebron will be great for the NBA.

They seem to be all over the net, I see them from $9 to $25-30 on eBay(they were upwards of $50 a few days ago). A friend of mine lives in the Cleveland area. he told me the shirts were on sale for $25.50 at the Q arena(Cavaliers arena). The shirts originally were a giveaway promo for LeBron's first playoff game.

Agreed. It's been a while since Larry Bird and Magic Johnson.
I think Dwyane has that killer instinct that he turns on in the playoffs, and it's got him looking for and hitting the three. With Shaq posting up and passing out of the paint/post, opportunities for the three-point shot open up for the whole team.

Seems like a pretty big goof on the logic side. To get up eight times, you have to have fallen eight times. Unless one of those times was getting up from a nap.

Ive always liked Wades game you can tell he is a smart player out there in the court. ANd dosent let his ego blind himself from the true goal which is winning.

Wade has never been as bad a 3PT shooter as his percentages show. Do people actually think he's gotten worse as a 3PT shooter from his rookie year when now he can consistently his shots 20 feet away from the basket?

The real thing is that Wade doesn't shoot many three's, and he takes a lot of those end of quarter heaves, because he's not so concerned about affecting his percentages. Since he takes so few set three's, the amount of heaves become a bigger percentage of his three's than it would be for let's say Vince. So really if he was taking three's with regularity, he's probably be a 32% of so guy.

^^I think they're pretty close actually. Lebron is just more of an athlete. Wade is a better leader and arguably even a better clutch player. If your going to say something like that, then back it up.

I think LeBron and D-Wade will finsh their careers with a "bird-Magic" like legacy. They will both be some of the greatest players of all time. Although i think LBJ still has an edge over D-wade simply because he is much younger, i think D-Wade and LBJ's carreers are always going to be linked.
