Duhon, who visited doctors at Duke University last week, will get a final opinion from a Los Angeles-based specialist by Wednesday. Should that opinion concur with what Duhon has already been told, he will then consult with Bulls medical staff to decide which physician will perform what his representative said Monday would be a ''minor procedure.'' Duhon's back bothered him throughout the second half of the season. He missed four games (March 14-15 and April 11-12) because of the problem, and it routinely kept him out of practices during the team's playoff series with the Miami Heat.</div> Source Chris is a really tough guy. He played basically half the season, and the playoffs with a back injury something really difficult to do in the game of basketball. It was painfully obvious though in the Heat series that he was hurting. His shot was off, and he was struggling to make plays for us. Hopefully, he has a successful surgery. It is a minor procedure so he should be back on the court soon.

I have a herniated disc and it hurts like all hell. I haven't gotten surgery on it. There are so many risks with surgery. Did Duhon ever have epidural injections?
