It actually ain't that bad. It's like a scratching and a burning feeling, you can't really feel it poke you. Surprisingly, the outline stung a lot more than the shading (7 needles at once).

I was a little nervous at first, but nothing was extremely pain full. Near my triceps and the top of my shoulder is when it stung the most. It stings, it feels liek you're being scratched. Other than that and the outline, it was pretty much painless.
