can cavs beat pistons?? i never thought that they even had a chance against them.. they just beat them in game 5 86-84.. that was a tight game!.. the series goes back to cavs for game 6.. they have a good chance.. will cavs close the pistons out at their home? will pistons finally play as a team and show the cavs what they are? i dont think the detroit can win at cavs or at home game 7.. go cavs!

They may very well do it because game 6 is in Clevland. The way Lebron is leading the Cavs they can definately win the series. They'll have to face a playoff tested Heat though which may turn out to be too much for them after this tough of a series.

Well Pistons may come back and win the series. You can never tell until it's over. But for the moment, just the fact that the Cavs stole 3 games in a row and beat the pistons in their own palace. That alone is amazing.

Pistons are done with. And don't bring up the Pacers or Heat junk, this is different. There's always 2007.

Pistons were down 3-2 to the Heat and Pacers and made a come back. But if I remember correctly the Pistons only beat the Heat cause Dwayne was out for Game 6 right? Something like that.

Didn't the Lakers/Suns series teach anybody anything? Winning 3 games in a row is nothing, the series is 3-2. It's not hard for Detroit to win a game in CLE and come back to Mo-town with the series at 3 games a piece. I still have some hope for Detroit, I don't think it's over.

I just hope the Pistons lose and the Spurs, I am tired of the same team winning eveything every year in the NBA, and if the Pistons and Spurs lose then the new Championship team will be a team that has never won it before (and 3 of the teams have never been to the Finals).

I'd like to see a Dallas vs. Miami final. That's high intensity, not so boring matchup and it would do wonders for the NBA Final ratings compared to the past two years.

word I just came home and heard Marv Albert telling the score and I thought I was hearing things. And if the Cavs win wow that be the biggest upset in NBA history.

i think the cavs have better chance of winning game 6, its in cleveland and detroits backs are against the wall. if they win they could take it all. i think they will smash miami.

I think it's just because the Pistons are playing really bad and everybody expected a lot out of them especially after they were up 2-0. But, I agree with you. But, if they play like they have in the last 3 games, then it's pretty much over.

Do you mind backing up your opinion? Just a suggestion. If the Cavs do make it to the ECF, you can bet ur ass Miami will be ready for them. Clevland may end up being gassed after two hard fought series' and Miami will be rested and ready to go. If your going to say something like that just back it up.

the cavs have a great chance at upsetting the detriot pistons, but the pistons have been there and done that. they have came from behind in a 3-1 series with the orlando magic, and i see no reason why they cant with the cavs. if you look at their roster, the pistons are definetly more talented than the cavs, they just have to get themselves straight. right now, it seems like they are more focussed on trying to outscore the opposing team, rather than trying to win by playing tough defense. if the pistons want to come back, they need to play the defense that made them nba champions in 03-04, and the defense that got them into the finals last season

    Hah
    You ever heard of stamina?
You think the Cavs will have enough energy to "walk over" the Heat?
Heat's been resting since yesterday and they have couple of days to rest.
You are over-excited about this series. I confess last year when heat swept two teams in playoffs, I thought they would go all the way. It didn't happen that way. You never know.

I really don't think the Cavs can win the series, but wow... was anyone expecting them to lead in this series? I'm rooting for the Cavs though, what a series Cleveland vs. Miami would be. D-Wade vs. LeBron!

I don't think Larry Hughes is playing Game 6 for the Cavs. If he does though, I think he should come off the bench, let Flip start. The Cavs bench players need to keep playing well; Anderson Varejao just plays with heart and hustles, Donyell gives you scoring and rebounding off the bench, Damon Jones can hit a 3 in crunch time.

But, in the end, I think the Pistons will get their stuff together and win the series.

    It went from:

LeBron should go to college before NBA
LeBron can't get cavs in playoffs
LeBron got cavs to playoffs but won't pass round 1
LeBron got cavs to playoffs but will be swept by Detroit

It's time for these doubters to wake up after they pull their foot outa their mouth. Don't be surprised if the cavs take it all. I won't be.
