It has come to my attention that if the Vikings beat the Lions they will have the same record as them. Only in the NFC North could a team be struggling so badly and actually have a legit chance of making the playoffs. They look to be a much stronger oufit with Brad Johnson under centre. I may be jinxing it but if this team gets it's S*%T together they may make a late playoffs run. P.S Ladanian Tomlinson is the best player in the NFL! I know I say it every sunday but Ihe impresses me more and more each week
Yeah Minnesota really looked good today. I was happy to see them beat the Lions. I strongly dislike the Lions. Minnesota needs to win on the road to make me think they can make a legit NFC North Title run.
Minnesota did look good today, but it was rather predictable. First, it was against the Lions, second, it was at home where they play pretty well. If they can just keep a game close on the road I'll be encouraged. Although I do not think Brad Johnson was the answer the Vikings were looking for, Culpepper's injury might be a good thing. It seems like the team is able to take a fresh aproach to the game. Johnson is a good backup, and plays smart. If we can continue to run the ball like we did today, we might do fine.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (vikingfan)</div><div class='quotemain'>Culpepper's injury might be a good thing.</div> It's like I stepped into another dimension. This may be a turn around but I think it is a little too late. P.S VF, when I try to go to the Barber Shop Forum, it says something like please install a new language thing or something like that. Do you know whats that about?
Here comes another lame excuse about why the lions lost by zackman. Whats it gonna be this time the refs? or a backup having a unbelivable day?

And it wouldnt be surprising at all if the Bears go on a losing streak and the Vikes go on a winning streak. I still think the Bears will win the division though, the Vikes will be too inconsistant to contend despite the chance to do so even with the awful first half of the season
Hardly a turnaround for the Vikings. They always kill the Lions, as proven by Tice's 7-0 record against them. They beat an awful team at home, but it was nice to see a win. I don't see this as a turnaround though.
Joey Harrington does nothing for the Lions, they should draft a QB in the draft. I dont even think back-ups will do anymore for them unless they get a really good deal. Garcia is gone again for how long?
