You're just as likely to see him stay overseas in 07-08. Even with the risk of Vasquez aside though, I'd do the trade if I were the Hawks. This just isn't their draft. It'd be smarter to snatch up a point guard like Williams, Foye, Farmar, or Rodriguez at #11 than to reach for them in the top five. I'd ask for a little bit more than Vasquez and their pick though; maybe a future pick too.
Well, we are needing a big as well. Fran could do us some good, and a PG like Marcus wouldn't hurt either. I just got my mind set on us getting Tyrus Thomas though. I think he would fit just perfectly with are fast pace team. Then, in the second round we could go for a guy like Diaz or something.

i actually would pass on thomas. i see him as a less developed Smoove... we need a real big man or a PG. maybe marcus, or cedric simmons...?
