<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Orlando Sentinel - According to the Orlando Sentinel, Magic General Manager Otis Smith said Grant Hill began working with abdominal specialist Alex McKechnie on Monday in Vancouver, McKechnie's base of operation. Hill is taking a non-surgical approach to rehabbing a sports hernia injury that limited him to 21 games last season. "Grant probably will be with Alex about a week or so in Vancouver," Smith said. "It will be a few months before he'll be able to do anything on the court."</div> So, I guess he isn't retiring?

The Magic should've bought him out a long time ago. Hill is done, he should just retire and thank Orlando for the millions of dollars.

Last year his injury wasn't related to the ankle problems of the past. I forgot exactly what it was, but even in his 21 games he still put up 15.1 ppg in 29.2 mpg. When he plays he's still a quality guy and he will have a much smaller role for the Magic after how well Hedo was playing. This will hopefully keep him healthy for the final playoff run and will allow him to not force everything. I'm hoping we give him a solid 20-25 mins off of the bench, nothing more. His leadership in the locker room is great for our young guys.

Hill has a lot left in him its just ticky tack injuries that are keeping him from using it. If he gets healthy( A healthy Grant Hill is a myth ) then he is and can be a great 6th man or a good starter.
