Well the cavs gave it their best but detroit was just too good. I figured if the cavs didn't get the win in game 6 game 7 would be pretty hard if not impossible. Either way it was a good season for the cavs they surpassed alot of people's expectations and should come on strong next season.
they really had a great season , next year there going to dominate in the east, and maybe take the title. i really think they will take it next year. good luck!..........out.
Ouch, what an embarassing loss, held you guys to 61 points. Congrats on a good hardfought series though, you guys proved you could hang with the Pistons, but it in the end, it just wasnt to be. Better luck next year.

This is a thread to celebrate my favorite team the Cleveland Cavs. They played the best they have ever played in this series and we were only one rebound away from going to OT in game 6 and trying to advance on our court. They showed they we can hang with the Best Team in the Eastern Conference for a whole 7 games. Nothing more I could ask for of my Cavs. And to let all you Cavs fans know, I will be coming out with an article about what we should do this off-season once school is out.

Cavs fans took this series for granted after being 3-2 was saying nonsense like they will get the ring this year and stuff. I wouldn't take anything for granted against the Pistons team even if we are up by 3-0. They are too great of a team.
Yeah, I know that I was one of the many that jumped to conclusions. But, wouldn't you if you team just won three in a row against the PISTONS? I am sure that many would be doing the same.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting NTC187:</div><div class="quote_post">Who said I was joking?</div> Well, I was talking about the 61 points part. It was a very low-scoring game. How can you blame us though... When everyone except LBJ shoots 9-41 we aren't going to score much at all.

Not even when We are up by 3-0 in the series and playing the last game in the fourth quarter having 20 point lead. I wouldn't take ANYTHING for granted. The Pistons are one time champ and they know what they are doing. Until I see that we got the 4 wins, I don't think not only the fans but especially the players should take it easy on the Pistons. They showed it last year that they won't just get walked over, and this year, proved it once again. I would have liked it if the Cavs came alive cuz I was rooting for the Cavs as well. I wanted to see Bron and Wade go at each other. Too bad
Cavs did what theyre known for. Defence. Held a great team too 61. Now for Miami. I was looking forward to seeing Lebron VS Wade but oh well...

They beat the Wizards, great, thats a mid echelon NBA team. Then, they manage to take the Pistons to 7 games, after getting dominated the first two games of the series. The Pistons play totally out of character and shoot 30% from the floor, with atrocious free throw shooting and something like 60+ turnovers in 4 games. On top of all this, the NBA has the refs giving LeBron every break in the book to try to force him into the Eastern finals or possibly farther. Win it next year? Eh I think your a little ahead of yourself.

GIVE IT UP FOR THE CAVS!!! Great season, no one expected the cavs to take it all the way to game 7 (myself Included) and they proved EVERYONE wrong. Great season and even better postseason, see you in the playoffs next year

My Magic were up 3-1 on the Pistons and they came back to beat us 4-3.
In some way, I'm glad this showed some of the Cavs fans that, yes, LBJ can be beaten. I was realistic about this series from the start, thinking the Cavs would lose in 6, but they suprised me. It was a very special season, that sadly is over. This may teach some Cavs fans a little lesson in humility.
