Just my opinion, but dude is straight up classless. I love his game, but someone needs to teach him whats supposed to happen in garbage time.

    1. You are supposed to milk the clock. This does not mean calling for the ball so that you can run up the court and shoot the pull up three.

    2. You are supposed to get some looks for your fellow players off the bench. Help them get confidence by setting them up for a bucket.

    3. You are not supposed to showboat and celebrate everytime that you score. The game is already won, and the other team already feels bad enough. Besides, if a player like you is in at the end of the game, then the lead must be huge.

Once again, I love his game. I just think it's childish the way that he plays in garbage time. He did the exact same thing in game 7 against the Lakers.

Call me crazy here, but I didn't see Eddie House in this game for one second.

A look at the box score says that I'm probably right. Were we referring to someone else here?

No I meant Eddie House. Thanks for the correction Squishface, I admit I didn't watch last night's game (Season finale of 24 was on....), but when I called a friend to see who won, he told me that it was basically over. He said that the suns were up about 20 and Eddie House was in the game jacking up shots. He was obviously wrong. [IMG]

Still I stand by what I said about him, because he does it all the time. Gets in the game and pads stats.

Thank you. I thought I was the only who noticed that, I would have bring it up, but who really cares about Eddie House? But yeah, Jurassic, your right. This is the reason why he is getting garbage time in the first place. His style of play ONLYYYYYYYYYY and I repeat ONLYYYYYYYYY is somewhat effective in season play, but Playoff time even the coach knows that what he is doing out there isn't going to work this is the primarily the reason why he doesn't even play.

At the end of a game 7 blow-out, who cares about that. The guy was pumped up that they won the series, and last thing on his mind was hurting the other team's feelings.

And if he was "jacking-up" 3-pointers, guess what, that is the Phoenix Suns' game.

I doubt that Elton Brand or Sam Cassell gave a rat's ace what Eddie House was doing at the end of that blow-out game.

This is still somewhat of a moot point, as Eddie wasn't in the game. Nevertheless, it's fairly evident that his game was only somewhat necessary during the season, since, as was stated he isn't playing. But the bigger reason is, where do you fit him? They have mostly a seven man rotation, and don't really need another one or two. Especially not a ball control one (point guard), which is what House really is. He could be used to up the pace of a game for another team, but this team has such a high pace anyway, who could use him?

You didn't even watch the game and you put all this time and effort into bashing a guy that played about 5 minutes the entire 2nd round? The only point you have is what he did in the Lakers series which was over a long time ago. It sounds like you are a sore loser. House was a big part of our regular season attack plus he is a fan favorite because he went to college here. Show boating is part of the game-- name one player who hasn't done it. Who cares what the score is House was trying to find some rhythm for the next series. He was not a garbage player during the regular season, he just did not match-up well against the two LA teams. How many Suns games did you even watch during the season or the playoffs because your unsourced, radical comments are classless.

All right all right now, he admitted his mistake, and let's keep it civil. You make a good point though, he was pretty important during the regular season, but as mentioned, now that there's really only a seven man rotation, he's kind of the odd man out.

Why, because the Suns beat the Lakers? They're one of my least favorite teams. I have no big feelings about the Clippers either, nothing to be sore about.

I'll name two; you're own Steve Nash and Tim Duncan.

Actually I have watched plenty of Suns games, the emergence of Nash after last year resulted in them being on tv a lot this year.
