Why isn't any talking about the AFC East being a weak division? If you add all of the teams records together it's the same as the NFC North record 12-20. Plus the AFC East has no team over .500. I could see that the winner of the AFC East division only wins 8 games. Is the reason no one is talking about it is because the Patroits are in this Division?

I think they are not putting it in the same category because, firstly the way the teams in the AFC East are playing they are keeping games close and look like they might do something however. The NFC East teams have Minnesota who have been destroyed a couple of times and are playing mistake filled football, and the NFC North has been like this for a couple of years now. With the exception of the pack maybe.

Believe me I am glad that the AFC East isn't doing well, with all the injuries that the pats have on their team right now. It means the the pats should make it to the play-offs.

I am not going to rule/overlook the Patriots until they are offically toast. If they can get by Miami this weekend then the divsion is theirs. I have a funny feeling that Saban will have Belichicks number . It just depends on if Gus and the D can execute.

I do believe its the Colts year to represent.

I'm not sure how you can have a "feeling" that Saban has Belichick's number when they have never coached against each other...but eitherway the new defense in Miami could also be a blessing in disguise for Brady..because he never played well against Miami. As for the playoffs..unless the Pats secondary improves I could careless about making the playoffs so we can get smoked. I would honestly rather some better draft picks to load our D up again because we are very young and talented on offense.

Also I have heard plenty of people on TV and in the papers talk about the AFC east as a weak division.

Yeah, and now were going to have to listen to Eagles fans excuses of, "well, just imagine where we could've gone had TO not been suspended."

Yeah, this is probably a blessing for all the other NFCteams because the Eagles won't mind losing cause they will say that they have lost T.O and feel they have an excuse for losing. Well, Im not saying this will happened but it might.

And as for the Fans? Don't get me started!!! [IMG]

uhh no, if anything T.O screwed up our record. He has been putting mcnabb down since the end of last superbowl. Did you see the washington game Mcnabb played an excelent game. I believe that had the refs made the right calls(the fumble on the 1 by wsh, and the catch by G.Lewis on the 5) then the eagles would of won that game.

One of the reasons why the AFC East is doing bad this year is because they all have 2 play the nfc south. Which is composed of 3 really good teams. Now if the AFC East were playing the NFC North the AFC East would look a lot stronger
