I like Backyard Burger. I don't know how global they are, but they really care about quality from what I've seen, only using high quality Angus beef on their burgers, etc. Their fries are too potatoey though. I like my fries to be really thin and greasy, like the kind that'll cut your life expectancy in half after just one sitting.
Oh man, Olive Garden? Where do you live? I only go there if I'm out of the Chicagoland area. Otherwise they don't compare, but they have some good dishes though.

Went to McDs for breakfast today (the only thing I like from there). Sausage and egg McMuffin, hash brown, orange juice. So good.
The only thing I've ever gotten at KFC is Tooney Tuesday (probably a Canadian thing), what else is good? Which is the best Pizza Place? (Pizza Hut, Pizza Pizza, Dominoes, 2for1, etc)
