<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Stephon Marbury may want to die a Knick, but Larry Brown would have loved Ben Gordon to be his point guard, and the feeling is mutual. We hear that one of Brown's assistants called Gordon's agent, Lou Tucker, to let him know. Bulls GM John Paxson denies that a member of the Knick staff inquired about a trade, but the truth is Bulls coach Scott Skiles loves point guard Kirk Hinrich, and Gordon wants to play the point. The former UConn star lives in Manhattan, works out at the Reebok Club and yearns to help revitalize Harlem - he's a lead investor in the soon-to-open Hip Hop Soda Shop there.</div>

Ben Gordon was on ?Quite Frankly? a few nights ago, and told Steven A Smith he wanted to play for Chicago for his entire career. So this article could be completely fabricated (like most things in the NY media are), but it?s worth note. Also does anyone else find it strange that Larry Brown who last week thought he would be fired soon would be making calls around the league telling players to come to NY?

I hope this isn't real... Because you can't really believe what players say in the public, because they don't want everyone to know... I hope he was telling the truth though.

That article is complete stipulation. There is nothing about Ben Gordon actually saying he wants to be a Knick. It just states facts like he works out in New York and he was from New York. Just that silly NY media at it agian.

This wouldn't happen. Why would Ben want to ruin his chances at EVER getting a ring to go play for his hometown with Brown. New York media sure does manipulate alot of things and this for sure is one of them.
