Roy Moving Up Bulls Draft Board?

Roy over Bargnani or Aldridge? Obviously they'd trade for the Blazers pick and Przybilla (S&T). But With Ben Gordan and Kirk Hinrich at guards, why go small? They need big man help. They are guaranteed to get one of the top 2 bigs in the draft. I don't get this move.
