<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Alonzo Mourning took time out from his usual rants about the Nets management to offer praise for the Nets' Big Three of Jason Kidd, Vince Carter and Richard Jefferson, saying as a unit they are much better than their Mavs' perimeter players--Josh Howard, Jason Terry, and Jerry Stackhouse. In the past, Mourning has claimed the Nets tried to kill him in 2004 by overplaying him.</div>

It doesn't matter if he says anything good about us, he's bashing Dallas' players now.

No. Mourning's washed up after blocking another 5 shots, Payton too, and Shaq... Let me just say he WAS my favorite player. Until his pittyful performance in the finals.

Mourning may have a ring but he didn't work for it... he just happened to be a part of the team... The only thing he contributed was his BIG ASS MOUTH!

Zo might have ran out of gas toward the end of the post season/finals but he definately earned his ring. Championship rings are not only won during a 6 game series in June. It starts at training camp and the battles he had with shaq to get shaq ready for the bigs he would face through out the year, the best/ and most phsyical natural center Shaq faced all year was Zo in practice, if you ask me. Also Zo carried alot of the load(especially defensively) during the 82 game season that Shaq couldnt because of his injuries and conditioning, so Zo definately earned his rings. I know dude talks to much but the guy is a heck of a warrior on the court and without him Miami probably doesnt have a ring because everything from their regular season to their playoff seeding would have been alot different.
