Mark Cuban possibly said "the league is rigged"

I was listening to Mike and Mike this morning on ESPN radio, and a Miami Herald columnist said that someone told him that Mark Cuban was heard after the game yelling at David Stern and league officials, saying "f*** you, f*** you, your league is rigged"...........now keep in mind this is just coming from one source so I don't know how true it is....but if it is true (which wouldn't surprise me) Cuban could be in some huge trouble.

Cuban sounds like an elementary school student, complaining after his favorite team lost, "man this is rigged".

    I don't buy it.

Well in the heat of the moment I could actually see Mark saying that......I heard he'll be asked questions about it today, so we'll see.

    <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Transcript from interview with ABC's Dale Hansen:

Dale: Are you concerned that your lasting legacy may well be that you devoted a great deal of your time and money to improving NBA officiating?

Cuban: I don't care about what my lasting legacy is to anyone but my diughter and family.

Dale: Maybe don't you think, ah, maybe just a little more of the "Bill Gates"

Cuban: Well there's a difference in that I devote a lot of money. I just don't promote it. Other than the Fallen Patriot Fund you'll never ever see me say where I give money, or for what, ever. I mean you can go to a Mavs.., well yea... ever.

Dale: You have said several times that controversy is good for the game. It brings people to their TV sets. If the NBA did od everything taht you wanted, would you really be happy?

Cuban: Oh yea I'd be havin a blast. You know, you can look at my other businesses, other companies, other things we've got going on. When our movies do geat you don't hear me say a word. I'm a fun guy, you know, but I'm also a business man.

Dale: And are you having fun with this?

Cuban: Yea, most of the time. It's just dealing with the NBA and some of the politics that can be aggravating.

Dale: If you don't see some of the changes you want could you see yourself selling the team?

    Cuban: <snaps> In a heartbeat.

    Dale: Really

Cuban. In a heatbeat. If they drive me that crazy, in a heartbeat. It's just ... the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and never seeing any different results. If they don't want to make things better then, what am I here for? You know it's not fair for the fans, it's not fair to me, it's not fair to the players. They deserve better.

Dale: Is that what you're here for?

Cuban: It's part of the bigger picture. I'm a partner in a business. And in any business, [for example] if I'm a partner with Belo I'm going to do what I can to make their business better. It's the same with the NBA. And if you're not on the same wavelength with your business parter, that makes things difficult.

Dale: Do you think that it's possible, that with your relationship with the league, and with the complaining about NBA officials, that the suspensions, and some of the calls and some of the things that have been happening to this Mavericks team are your fault? And thay you're hurting the team?

Cuban: Well that would suggest that the NBA is cheating.

.... and I would never suggest that.

    ........<long pause>

    Dale: But some people would.

Cuban: A lot of people would.

    Dale: But you won't?

Cuban: Naw.... I see the same things everybody else sees. And you see the same things everybody else sees. And you know rational people come to rational conclusions, and you just let it go at that.

Dale: <changing the subject> Are you really going to give away, what 1400 tickets for a game seven?

Cuban: I tried to give away every single one and they wouldn't let me.

    Dale: Really?

    Cuban: Yea.

Dale: Will there be a game seven?

Cuban: I hope. I think so.... <he then goes on to talk about the team is well prepared etc>

Just wanted to update this....Stern fined Cuban 250 K and he denied that Cuban made such comments.

    Cuban isn't too far off.

The refs have been a joke in Game 4 and 5.
Someone just has to breath on Wade and he gets a shooting foul.

The title is just being handed to Miami.

Stern was on ESPN radio today, he said Cuban never said the game was rigged. He was fined 250K for running on to the court and yelling profanities at the officials. I'm sure if Cuban made those comments he would been fined a lot more than just 250K.
