I did respect wade, but i lost it all... The guy does nothing but fall and act when he shoots... He is worse than Vlade. Do what you have to do to win, but you lost my respect. And the refs, they were just plain horrible. But never the less congrats Heat fans, for beatin the pistons you deserve this but thank the refs for beatin the Mavs.

Congrats to the Heat. They were the better team. The refs tried to reverse their outing of last game and giving the Mavs the calls down the stretch, but the Heat still rose up and overcome Wade's 2 missed FT's.

The only thing I have to say is why was Jason Terry shooting? He had to of missed his last 10-15 shots. He should have tried to pass it around and hit Stackhouse or Howard or Daniels or Dirk.

If anything, I have the most respect for D-Wade in this league right now. He's singlehandedly the best player. Period.

Shaq said that DWade was the best player in the world, and he said that Pat Riley was the best coach he has ever had.

    Really strong words.

Congrats to the Heat. A hell of a comeback. I believe this title is due to the MVP. Dwayne Wade.

It's a shame to say the refs handed Miami the title. The officiating this entire season has been horrendous. However, there was a lot more to Miami winning the Championship besides the refs.

Dwyane Wade was amazing in the last 4 games. He went 9/9 in the 4th quarter in a pivotal Game 5 and refused to let his team lose the game. Did he get some superstar calls? Absolutely, but it shouldn't taint what the Heat accomplished.

It really came down to the coaching adjustments that Riley made, and Avery failed to counter. Avery's team stopped attacking the rim and couldn't figure out Miami's zone defense. Tonight we saw the Heat have 10 shot blocks because the Dallas players were trying to finesse shots instead of crashing into the defender and getting to the line.

He always hams it up like that about whoever his current players/coaches/fans are, don't take it too seriously.

The NBA has produced the heir to the throne. Wade did 50% of the work, the NBA and the refs did the other half. All hail Wade and his greatness!

Regardless, hell of a series. You stepped up when we choked. Congrats

That pretty much says it all. Going from 2-0 to drop four straight had a lot more to do with play than refs. I will say that i thought the foul call on dirk at the end where wade was driving in and he pushed off him before dirk even made contact was even made was the worst ever.

Amazing series for wade, it never fails to impress me how fearless the guy is to take a hit...

Don't take it too seriously? That's hilarious!

You want to tell me who's a better player than Dwyane Wade as of this moment? Or change Shaq's personal opinion of the best coach he ever played for? GO HEAT.

Yes, individually Kobe Bryant is a better player.

Oh no, please don't turn this into a Kobe/Wade war again. Just let it go for tonight and let the Heat fans enjoy the moment. Then tomorrow make a thread about how Kobe is better than Wade.

Wade pretty much got this ring by himself. Shaq's skill has really deteriorated and he can't even be on the floor anymore at the most critical moments. Haslem and Posey did have good games and they both have done a great job guarding Nowitzki.

Dwyane showed why he is a better player right now than Nowitzki. Whenever the Heat needed a key basket or play, Wade was there. Dirk is a hell of a player but too many times, he's disappeared during key moments for his team (moreso in past playoffs). He had a great playoffs this year but stopped attacking the basket during the finals and didn't contribute to his team like Wade did all series.

I seriously don't remember a player dominating the finals like Wade did this season since Jordan won his last championship. Amazing.

Heat fans should feel lucky that they have this guy playing for their team and will likely get to watch him in his prime for the next 7-8 years (at least). It's scary how good this guy can be.
