ESPN is reporting that Morrison has already signed numerous endorsement deals, including a multi year, seven figure deal with Adidas. The 6-foot-8 forward has also signed endorsement deals with the likes of Topps and Electronic Arts, and is on the cusp of signing a Diabetes-related contract that might top the others in value. </div> Source

Where is Rudy Gay and Tyrus Thomas' Adidas deals? Maybe they'll get it if they become NCAA Player of the Year or lead the nation in scoring. Adam Morrison has accomplished significantly more than the players you mentioned. What does his "whiteness" have to do with anything? Had Tyrus Thomas and the other players accomplished as much as Morrison, I'm sure they would get some deals. If Adam Morrison was a bad basketball player and got a deal, then you might have more of a case, but neglecting Morrison's basketball acheivements and using his race as an excuse for his deal is plain ignorance. So how is white more marketable?
Both of you guys are right. Yes, it does pay to be the first white scorer in a while to come out and potentially be the next Larry Bird. But most of all he was the leading scorer in college ball last year, he was the player of the year, and also he is the most likely to be rookie of the year this season. Being white helped, but it wasn't the only reason he got the contract. I'm white, do I get a sneaker deal?
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting C.K.:</div><div class="quote_post">I'm white, do I get a sneaker deal?</div> C.k, i have Reebok on the phone right now. how is your jump shot? oh, never mind. do you look like Wally? hope so. that's "the look" Reebok's going for this year

His accomplishments in college alone should give him a sneaker deal regardless if he was white or black. I'm sure Tyrus Thomas, Rudy Gay, and Brandon Roy will get deals when it's all said and done as most top ten picks do. Morrison just happened to be the first one.
He signed with adidas along with other endorsment deals. It's all said and done and posted right here Link i posted it at like 3 in the morning. lol
