Not surprising all things considered. Not only did Richardson support Larry Brown he couldnt have hit sand if he fell off a camel this past season. The best realistic move the Knicks could make is to trade him to Denver for Ruben Patterson. Not only does Patterson give the Knicks a defensive stopper but they also gain an expiring contract.

Anyway I think Isiah Thomas should be fired.

I heard the Nuggets would consider Mo Taylor and Richardson for Kenyon Martin and a filler. Not a bad move; I would definitely pull the trigger move. Richardson played good defense and acted as a leader, but his offense was atrocious. He shot like 35% from the field. Probably just a slump year, but it is a little concerning.

Too much money and not enough impact to justify that trade. Words cannot describe how bad Martin's contract is. If the filler is Ruben Patterson than that trade is acceptable. If it's not Patterson then Isiah is getting molested(again!). If all Isiah is looking for is a tough defensive minded big man who will crash the boards than he should just sign Reggie Evans with the MLE instead of waste tens of millions of dollars on a player only slightly better with injury concerns and a bad attitude.

Anyway I think Isiah Thomas should be fired.

I dont see the big deal about K-Mart. He's not that good and I doubt he'll get along with Marbury.

Its gonna be tuff to get rid of Q. Simply because he is undersized for his position (listed 6'6' but more like 6'4'). Plus he had a bad year. The best bet is take a loss talent wise to get rid of a contract. I dont thin Q made a great impact on the team anyway. So a decent role player may be a better fit.

Now that Zeke is coaching I wonder what Trib is going to think of all this. I'm telling ya if he had 5 all-star guards, he'd play them all at once if he could.

This type of stuff is the same thing I keep telling Warriors fans. You could have tons of good individual talent that can score, but if they don't have the right positions to play a balanced game, and they can't play together with good chemistry and they can't play defense, then forget the season. They ain't going to the playoffs this way under any coach. So both the Knicks and the Warriors have to figure out a way to get the right talent that fits.
