Head case, yes. But nice player and I'd take him within a heartbeat. Don't know are chances of landing him, but he's on the trading block. We should pursue this guy, he's the "under the radar" guy we need. If not him, then somebody like Bobby Jackson, Jared Jeffries, or Darius Miles.
I'd take Ricky Davis without a heart beat. He can be our antoine walker in the sense that he is usually a second or first option on his teams. On the rockets he becomes the third or fourth. He would be a nice addition if he accepts that new role.
Yea this would definately help the Rockets because he can give them a spark on the offensive end. The question is, what will you guys need to give Minnesota to get him?
Locke, its obvious you like safe picks in players, but headcases can sometimes turn a new cheek and become the player we need. EX. Marbury might me a poison to this team, but with his skill he can be that third scorer were looking for.

With character guys like PJ Brown and Morris Peterson, you have a sure thing, while a headcase like Ruben Patterson or Danny Fortson is a coin toss everytime. When a headcase like, say, Marbury or Miles, have such long and big contracts, I personally think that only fools would risk taking a chance on them.
So you would stick with the current role players we have right now? You would stick with Ryan Bowen as our abck up SF rather than Darius Miles?

A backup small forward would be gotten for cheaper either through the draft or free agency. What's wrong with Bogans right now? Re-signing him won't take a $48 million contract.
i doubt you guys will get ricky without adding another team to the deal. i dont think that you guys have anything we want.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Locke:</div><div class="quote_post">What's with you and headcases?</div> Antione Walker was a headcase, so was GP at one point. So was Jason Williams. Can't forget the biggest headcase in Rasheed Wallace. Guess what, they're all champions. The team needs a personality, and I wouldn't mind a little spark. We can't continue to play it safe and lose. If we had it ur way, we'd be starting David Wesley and Chris "Birdman" Anderson in the same line up. Time to mix things up............ <div class="quote_poster">Quoting TmacGarnett:</div><div class="quote_post">So you would stick with the current role players we have right now? Atleast we know why they call him Birdman now
